I got a pedicure done here the other day. I paid for the most expensive one so I could pamper myself, and it was awful. It felt like the guy was annoyed I was there and totally rushed through. Massage sucked, and my toes look so bad. Pretty upset I spend that kind of money and get that kind of service.

I went on September 15, 2022 for a pedicure. I took my daughter as well to prepare for Homecoming. She received a pedicure and manicure. Within days we both had infections on our big toes and required antibiotics. My infection was so bad, puss was oozing from beneath both my big toe nails and I eventually lost them both. Here I am, a year later, and I’ve now lost the left one TWICE and still battling a fungal infection. I’ve never in my life had to deal with this. I’m someone who lives for flip flop season and this year felt too self conscious to do so. I’m headed back to the doctor AGAIN for more treatment and I will probably need to make a complaint with the board.

Awkwardly quiet except for the technicians giggling under their breath as one makes comments in a different language. Job was minimal, but the stuff smelled really good. Didn't look at my daughters feet till after we had left and was sorely disappointed that I will have to re paint at home. Spent $145 for 3 pedis only 2 with regular polish and 1 with none.

I'm pretty disappointed with my last visit. I've been going to this nail salon for years and never had a problem but this last time they cut up the skin around my big toe and I'm pretty sure it's getting infected even though I treated it right away and put triple anti-biotic on it. Today, two days later, my whole toe is red and I haven't even worn any shoes since I had them done. I have a certain illness that requires me to take antibiotics whenever there is even a chance of an infection so now I'm going to have to go to the doctor. I won't be going to this salon again as I can't chance having another problem like this which means I now have to find another one. Ugh. I gave it two stars instead of one because of all the years I have been going and didn't have any problems.

Today was the last time I'll ever visit this place. I spent $53 on a pedicure that would've looked better if I did it myself. A total waste of money and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting too. An absolutely awful experience.

If I wanted nails from 2005 I would've done them myself. I asked for short french tips- which should be a basic staple for any salon. I had my HEART SET on a super classic, natural french tip. I will drop a photo of what I walked out with. It was so horrible I called my mom and she laughed at them. I went back in 10 min later and asked for them to be fixed and they gave me the SAME EXACT nail tech. I figured if she can't do french tip then ill have to get plain white. Could not even get the style I wanted!!!!! Why get nails done if you can't walk out with what you originally wanted? The owner Kim sat right next to me and didn't apologize or offer any discount. I was in the chair for 3 hours starving!!! And if I went from french tip which is more expensive to plain white, no discount? HOrrible Horrible horrible. I usually go to Champakara salon but had a giftcard. I have $22 left on my giftcard not sure ill ever go back again.
