Dealing with the aftermath of an auto collision isn't something that the average car owner is equipped to handle. Recently, I was rear-ended and found myself feeling uninformed and anxious as to where I could wake my car to have an estimate for repairs. Luckily for me, Vigiani's came highly recommended. Let me tell you this, when my business there was finished ,I didn't feel as though my car had just been deemed a total loss. I genuinely felt taken care of and that I had just⅕gained a friendship. That's how I felt everytime I spoke with anyone. Thank you Trish ?!Thank you Rick?!Kindness because you never know what it means to someone else.

Excellent! The service and overall experience were really impressive and we are grateful for everyone's help there. The Insurance company for the person that backed up into us gave a very low initial estimate of damage - even though witnesses said our SUV was hit so hard it was pushed up into the air! The professionals at Vigiani's were not deterred and did a great job uncovering all of the damage. Vigiani's acted as our advocate and convinced the insurance company to pay to repair the vehicle the right way and the safe way.Trish was our contact person at Vigiani's and is a superstar. She took care of our worries and did exactly what she promised, explained the steps involved and stayed on top of things to get the job done, and done properly.The project manager, Rick, also was great to deal with and he too worked hard to take care of the repair, to keep us updated regularly, and to do it right and again, the safe way.Everyone we spoke with there really gave us a first class experience. The most awesome place to take your vehicle. They treated me almost like family. Kept me posted on repairs, dealt with insurance, and I would recomend Vigiani's to everyone, It's great! Trish, Rick and his crew are rockstars!!!!

They did a wonderful job on my car that was hit by a hit-and-run driver. My front bumper and the side of my car was a disaster. They fixed it quickly and professionally. Looks like I have a brand new car. They also helped me with other issues on my car and I can't thank them enough. They were helpful, professional, and so easy to get along with.They definitely pay attention to detail and I would highly recommend them.

The owner is a great guy but would not recommend any repairs done at this location!! Took two vehicles there for repairs and neither one were fixed properly!!! My loss your gain go somewhere else!!!

This was hands down one of the best auto body business experience I’ve ever had. Their front desk girl was the nicest woman I’ve ever met always made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on, the owner was very hands on with everything made sure I was happy with my car & the process of all of it. All around the best experience, not one time did I walk in there and was not greeted with a smile and a welcome. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get their car serviced. Would definitely go back ? you can really tell how much their team puts in hard work, great job!

My daughter's car was in a bad accident and we live 2 hours away from Yuba City. We had to deal with a car that was not drivable and Vigiani's was incredibly helpful and accommodating during the entire process. They assessed the damage for us and agreed to hold the car while we worked out the title transfer from the bank to the DMV to the salvage yard that ultimately picked up the vehicle. They were incredibly kind and willing to work with us while we tried to sort out what ended up being quite a mess. I am sincerely thankful for their understanding and flexibility. Given the opportunity I would do business with them again anytime.
