I went to the store to upgrade my phone to later finding out the salesman added additional services to my account without my permission. I guess that's the approach they take when they can't sell you other products. My bill went from $236 to $360! Luckily, Verizon (not the store, Victra) was able to reverse the charges. If you want to upgrade your Apple device, go through Apple and save yourself the headache of dealing with used car salesmen!

Hello verizon and xfinity,I hope this message finds you well. My name is Justin Ray Brunson, and I am reaching out to you regarding a deeply distressing situation my wife and I are currently facing with Xfinity and Verizon.We recently relocated from Oregon to California under the FMLA leave act and the ADA, seeking essential medical assistance for my severe mental health issues. However, our move has turned into a nightmare due to the false promises made by Xfinity regarding the transfer of our phones from Verizon.Xfinity assured us that Verizon was a sister company, allowing them to seamlessly transfer our phones, even though they are still under contract with Verizon. Regrettably, after attempting the transfer and replacing the SIM cards, our phones are now rendered useless. We are caught in a web of financial strain, paying both Verizon for inactive phones and Xfinity for mobile lines that do not function.The impact of this situation on my mental health is profound. Without a working phone, I am unable to reach out for medical treatment and care, exacerbating my condition. I find myself stuck at home, grappling with withdrawals because I cannot even call in my essential medications for a refill.This experience has left me not only angered but deeply disheartened. I implore you to consider the ethical implications of this situation. As someone who is desperately seeking medical assistance, being left without a means to communicate is not just an inconvenience but a severe detriment to my well-being.I understand that business practices vary, but the humanity and compassion we expect from service providers should remain constant. Everyone in the store seems to have a good sense of humor paid trick or taking to details into the customers needs guitar define. Repeat that it is like that anywhere that work for a change door I've been with the rise in this and 1999. And I've never been disappointed. You didn't want to my life when I first got my first cell phone. It was a Nokia and it actually saves my life. That's good to Verizon. Had to most powerful towers up in the mountains at any week. And have it at the time and I'll always be extremely grateful to Verizon for that.My representatives at the Verizon store. Been more time that you needed to with me. But it was because of my disability. But he treated me fairly and just like everyone else. He never gave me no special treatment, but he treated me with dignity. That was and that's what was important. Thank you, Eric, at the UB the city of Verizon store at the Walmart parking lot and thank you. Verizon, have a great holiday in May. Working with Julian was amazing. Super helpful and kind in a hard situation. Made the process of securing a new line and phone set up seamless and enjoyable. Parminder also assisted in wiping my previous device. Both employees were easy to work with and talk to.

Great experience. Took my granddaughter their because she had a Black Screen of Death on her iPhone 12. They have a promotion going on where she was able to get a iPhone 15 Pro Max for $0 with a minimal activation fee with her iPhone 12 traded in. Can't beat that! Staff was informative and polite.

I received a replacement device and was unsure of how to proceed. I first went to the Yuba-Sutter Mall location. The tech was NOT AT ALL helpful and said he could change the Sim card and transfer the data for a fee. For the amount of $$ I spend on service and as long as I've been a customer I expected better. I packed up and drove to the other location near me. Erick was the complete opposite. Helpful and volunteered to assist me. The picture of AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We had a great experience. No appointment. Walked in and were immediately helped. We needed to add a line, upgrade a phone, and get few other things straightened out. We were in and out of the store in an hour.

Verizon and its employees are above any other customer service staff. My husband and I have used Verizon for many many years. I would not go to any other provider.
