I don't want to know anything about Verizon, I changed with them thinking that I would have better coverage in my house and it was worse, I never have a signal and the internet is terrible. I spoke asking for help and they told me that it is the area that does not have coverage, but they do charge their high bill every month I just wait for the day for my contract to end to say goodbye

this place is horrible. we bought an Apple Watch at the Elk Grove store and was told to take it into any Verizon to have it set up for free and the yuba city store said that they charge $29.99 for o set it up. screw yhem. i will never go back to that store! this is the second time I have been told that they charge for something that i was told while purchasing it would be free. Elk Grove and Oroville are worth driving to!!

On November 1st my phone had broken down. I had taken it to the Verizon store in the Market place in Yuba City.... Blanca, The sales clerk. went out of her way to help me and to trouble, shoot my old phone, she was very patient. I would like to recognize her for her customer service and her professionalizim... Not impressed at all been here over an hour and have yet to be helped...but I've been "Next" for about 45 minutes now I already don't wanna be here and I'm about to leave this is ridiculous and terrible customer service! Apparently you need an appointment to get help with your phone...I wish I knew that before I made the 30 minute drive...for what I pay and for how long I've been a customer this is very disappointing

Terrible customer service and absolutely zero knowledge on how to do their jobs. Avoid this specific location at all costs and go to Lincoln where at least they try.

So many issues with the phone support and the inability of the physical stores to fix simple issues. I would recommend anyone who can, choose a different carrier. I have had to pay for a line I can't use for a year till I just tried to get a Gizmo watch and now even that is a paper weight. Terrible

I had visit the store on 07/27/2023 because I was having issues with the phone the IPhone pro max and i was speaking with Shane the manager and the way he treated me as manager was very disrespectful. He did not want to help at all he would not even look at my account to see the notes that customer service. I was only African American in the store and i was not all treated fairly when it came to the manager of that store and the way he treated me and i told i would like to speak with someone else because he was not even willing to look at my account he told me no one else would help me. When I was leaving I seen him so willing help out another white male customer with no problem. I don't know if it was because i was a female or because of my race he was not willing to help at all with even looking at my account.

I had come to this store to buy a new phone. They were out of the color that I wanted...no big deal. But after leaving, I realized that the employee added phone insurance (which was never mentioned or asked for), so I had to get that reversed. She also offered to put my screen protector on which I accepted. I noticed bubbles, but she claimed that they would go away with the heat. Nope...it started lifting. I went back to have this issue corrected. A male employee asked to look at my phone, messes with it, and tells me he fixed the problem...instead of replacing the screen protector. It's still lifting. Also, during the original transaction, I felt that the employee was very new to her job and I wasn't entirely comfortable with the process from the start. ^She was nice though...

Luis helped us out in no time! After a day of trying to activate our phone replacements ourselves and multiple visits to different Victra "Verizon" stores, which was a horrible experience, Luis made the hour drive worth it for our family and had our phones activated in no time!!

I'm here in yuba city visiting because my mother here died a couple days ago. My text messages started glitching and freezing and I was really afraid i was gonna lose and bunch of info i needed. The rep there, Amber maybe?, got me going again without losing anything. She really knew her stuff and I'm eternally grateful.
