The support in this store and their sales people should be ashamed of the service they provide. I went in to transfer lines and the entire experience was a constant upsell. I told them exactly what I wanted and was told that’s what was done. I get home, look at my account and all the “perks” at $10 a month I said I didn’t want clearly and multiple times are added to the account. Had to spend over an hour with Verizon support to get it fixed. The store is a scam and is honestly one of the main reasons I will just handle my activations and account maintenance on my own in the future. You can’t trust their sales people because they are cheats.

Can't say I love it. I had a huge issue, the gal tried very hard to figure it out, but Verizon is a corporate establishment that sucks!

Worst customer service ever!! We went there trying to upgrade a phone today and they didn't want to help us at all. We asked if there were any promotions available and she acted like we were putting her out. Every question we had was answered with short answers not really answering the questions.

Scammers.They dont have any knowledge about devices when you reach them with problems and they dont know how to solve the problem.And when you raise your voice they force you to leave the store and call the security.Dont ever get any device from this store.Worst verizon store i have ever been.Tall white guy with specs is worst guy. Dont get scammed be safe people.

Worst store experience ever had.They are type of scammers.I got new iphone 15 from this store.When i setuped my iphone after that i downloaded my banking apps,delivery apps and my whatsapp.i was not receiving verification codes on my this iphone of my banking deliveries and messaging apps.And i called verizon helpline number its about more than 15days i was calling them continuously they’re not able to help me out that why i’m not receiving verification codes.and today when i called the helpline number best advice a verizon agent gave me is to go to store and ask them to help you if it didnt work ask them to change your phone because i have insurance on my phone as well.When i reached this store they refused to help me and told me its not their responsibility that i’m not receiving verification codes because everything is fine from their side.I’m paying $150 a month just not for calling i’m a delivery driver and i earn from my phone.and when i got angry they just ask me to get out store.Why you have a store when you cant help people.Dont get scammed be safe.This is worsy store i ever been to.

Very bad service from sales clerk “Lupita” did not want to help with customer services what so ever did not want to help because we wanted pre paid service due to them making commission off of contract also kept pressuring to buy unwanted phones had to go to other location.

I don't want to know anything about Verizon, I changed with them thinking that I would have better coverage in my house and it was worse, I never have a signal and the internet is terrible. I spoke asking for help and they told me that it is the area that does not have coverage, but they do charge their high bill every month I just wait for the day for my contract to end to say goodbye

this place is horrible. we bought an Apple Watch at the Elk Grove store and was told to take it into any Verizon to have it set up for free and the yuba city store said that they charge $29.99 for o set it up. screw yhem. i will never go back to that store! this is the second time I have been told that they charge for something that i was told while purchasing it would be free. Elk Grove and Oroville are worth driving to!!

On November 1st my phone had broken down. I had taken it to the Verizon store in the Market place in Yuba City.... Blanca, The sales clerk. went out of her way to help me and to trouble, shoot my old phone, she was very patient. I would like to recognize her for her customer service and her professionalizim...
