New to the city, first impressions not good. No large package drop off after hours or when the store is closed. USPS, put one of these for the public, not locked away, only open when you can afford to pay your employees.

Yesterday I missed a delivery of my pain pills. My medication is for bone cancer, which is very painful. When I saw the notice on the door, I did what I was supposed to do, sign up for redilvery today. But they aren't delivering. They have PREPARED it, whatever that means, but it is somewhere in Yuba City! The recorded voice I " talked" to told me it looks like it vould be a FEW DAYS for redilvery and had me sign up for a phone call if it takes longer. Huh? It's on a truck or on a cart. I don't understand why they won't just deliver it today I am in pain for God's Sake!

Debra NEEDS TO RETIRE!!! She is so rude and bitter! Funny thing is, she made such an impression last week on me I told my mom. My mom goes in this morning and was telling me about her experience with her as well as how rude she was treating other customers! If people are so miserable then fix it!!! Seek help so you don't bring your nasty little vibes onto others that are just going to the post office! Do better DEBRA!!! Take a vacation...You must need it

If you are having a good day, and go into this Post Office, your day will start going downhill immediately. First, the big guy who greets you is very crude, and coarse. The neighboring girl couldn't sell me any $5 stamps, as they didn't have any. She said they didn't get many calls for them. I told her, they couldn't sell what they don't have! Told her I would go to a REAL Post Office to get the needed stamps. I almost went POSTAL !!!

First time here and I can already say I hated this rip off of an office. I needed something shipped overnight and asked if there was anyway to do so cause they had a two day overnight. The brainless clerk behind the counter said no it had to be two days WHEN I FOUND OUT SHE KNEW that if I had driven 5 minutes to the next post office they could have done an overnight properly. This office should be shutdown or re-staffed with more competent employees that can answer simply asked questions. Of course they are gunna keep letting the low standard that is driving the USPS business into the ground to continue without regulation... Don't want to waste your time? Go to the main hub in Marysville where they won't waste your time. What else you gunna expect from yuba tho???

Quite possibly some of the most USELESS EMPLOYEES I've ever encountered. If you want inept customer service and people constantly losing your packages, use USPS. This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor, use another delivery service and avoid the headache this place will surely give you. HORRIBLE!

I mailed a very important document from one of the outside drop bins and it never made it to it's location. I am very unhappy because it was time sensitive and regarding disability eligibility. I used a SSA seld addressed envelope as well

An experience at the Post Office should be ALL about customer service. NOT, just completing a task, but more about the experience when stopping in to mail or pickup something. Well, this USPS location falls VERY short in the customer service department. Service was abrupt, very little niceties, and definitely no 'Thank You', 'Have a nice day', 'Come again'. I asked if they could postmark something for today and the response was, "we can". If for no other reason, Federal employees get paid well, have good benefits, and a reliable retirement system, so how about some customer service simply because it's part of the job description. While in line, another USPS clerk began arguing with a customer regarding the arrival of a package that he shipped. She insisted the package arrived because it showed such on her computer screen. Rather than calmly problem solving the situation, she chose to engage in an argument with the customer who came in looking for help. Worst off, she was in her early 20's, which may mean many more years of horrible service to come. Just sad. Sadly, I won't be returning to this post office.
