“I looked for an suv specifically ( Expedition) all around the 530 and found one at Franklin auto sales that I truly wanted. So I applied online and he responded and set me up with lendmark financial for a loan, which I was approved for and a much newer SUV, but I was stuck on the expedition. So he (Paul) worked with me and I was able to get the expedition, come to find out it has a sunroof which just added to the great overall experience. Upon picking up my expedition I noticed that it would whine upon turning ignition and I thought oh no, so I called him (Paul) and told him. No problem, he had me take it to a shop and they put a new starter in it at no cost to me. Had it a month and no issues. Easily driven more than a thousand miles and no issues. For some reason, was unable to charge the car at any public charge station in Yuba City or Marysville. With only a 10-mile range left in the car, I made it to Wheeler. They immediately checked the car and were able to start a charge. Then, they put me on a fast charge to get me enough miles to get back on the road.
