I am not very pleased at the services I’ve got. When I first arrived to get my live scan the lady who was going to assist me with finger printing basically told me she needed to hurry because she was getting ready to leave even though she still had 30 mins on the clock. Its been over 3 months the place I’ve applied for hasn’t got the results and I’ve missed out on a chance for employment. nobody answers phone calls, and the store is ran very unprofessionally.

I went in and used their notary service and delivery. The person who did the notary did not sign the paper that was supposed to be notarized. She just put the stamp only. By not signing the paper that she was supposed to be notarizing it was no longer good. It was shipped that way.. after learning that the notary was no good. I went back to have them redo it, and she wanted me to charge me again because she said there was no line for her to sign on, and that therefore she did not need to sign. Obviously, she has no clue about notary. She should have failed that course, She took a class on how to be a notary and should know that doesn’t matter if there’s a line or not you sign next to the stamp. I chose to go elsewhere to have my notary done and mail it off myself. I will be locating the owner and complaining about this because she should’ve known that she should’ve assigned it. You always have to sign your notary..

The UPS Store in lincoln Rd was clean and one of the employee helped me and resolved my problem, she was nice
