They would not let me use my debit card for large purchase. I had the cash in the bank but they were super weird and had horrible customer service surrounding the situation, just look at all the one stars. Worst rated bank in the area. Not sure why they don't chage out management as they clearly have an issue.Closed my account and opened one and sierra central, they let me make my purchase of a wood mill and I am super happy they made it easy. Such a simple request yet this bank failed to let me spend my own money lol.

They are completely helpful and professional at both branches in the area and you will be well served to bank here. Yes maybe they have to close for lunch so what. They worked me in with no appointment to open an account and even called me a few weeks later to insure I was helped in every way. Proud to get helpful and friendly customer service every time in go there. GREAT BANK! Thanks guys!!!

I had the absolute worst experience ever at this location!! Please avoid and just take the drive the Marysville location, where the people there are friendly and don’t judge you. I was immediately looked at like I was some sort of alien and the window teller was not very nice, she kept saying the system was slow and I needed to verify my information and I did, she then proceeded tho answer all the questions because they were already on her screen!! She was just being mean!!

They lock doors, my guess is the homeless people who tend to wander in anywhere there's a bathroom ?

My husband and I have been customers for a long time. We were always treated in a polite and helpful manner. Everybody has always gone above and beyond to solve any matter we may have.

This bank has gone down drastically with very rude and lazy staff. NOT EXACTLY THE GREATEST BANK. Always the 1 lazy clerk working in the afternoons on Tuesdays.

Went to the bank to make a deposit, May 4th, 2020. Doors didn't open at 9:00 because we were required to make an appointment, so I made an appointment on my phone while waiting. Door opens and I say that I have an appointment, then I'm told to go to the drive thru instead after I was already waiting at the front door for 15 minutes. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes to go through the drive thru. It's interesting to note that on Saturday, May 2nd, 2020, I went to Schools Financial and there were no restrictions.Glad I'm not a customer of Umpqua because if I was I would be finding another bank. This whole restrictions thing is really d*** and needs to stop because it's not helping anyone at this point.

If you have the gas drive over the bridge to the Marysville branch where they will treat you like a human not a burden as they do at the Colusa hwy branch does.

Totally love this bank!!! Apparently someone tried to get into my accounts so they locked them all to protect my accounts. I went in and the customer service was awesome. I now have access to my accounts and was given some valuable info. Thanks for having such awesome staff.

One particular teller at this location customer service skills caden be summed up in one word...... horrible. I have visited several locations in the Yuba Sutter area. I have seen the upmost excellent service. However, I have been in this location (on Colusa) several times at different times of the day, different seasons of the year, and this one particular teller has never shown kindness. It feels like I am a burden to this teller. Either this teller needs to be taught what customer service looks like, or work from the background. This type of service should NOT be on the front side.

I went to this Umpqua Bank on Colusa Highway in Yuba City for the first time yesterday. I originally open my account at the Umpqua Bank on Bridge Street in which I was very impressed how friendly they are at this location. I was however closer to this location so I decided to stop by. There were 3 teller's open and there was quite a line forming. Not one time did any of them look up and say will be right with you. There was also another lady that was roaming around, and she didn't say a word either to us customers waiting in line. One guy left because the line was taking too long. Bottom line there was no acknowledgement of your presence until you got up to the counter and even then the lady I got her name was (Jill ) according to my receipt, she was the most unfriendliest teller I've ever experienced at any Bank I've banked with or been to. Supposed to be the world's greatest Bank... you better put your employees in some kind of customer service training before you claim to be the world's greatest Bank. Or let the other branch on Bridge St teach them how it's done...
