We used U-Boxes for our move from California to Oklahoma, and Jayden was wonderful throughout the process. Unfortunately, once our boxes arrived in Oklahoma, we ran into a major issue with the location they were shipped to. We were told our U-Boxes would be loaded onto a trailer and ready for pickup. We drove an hour to get them, then waited around for over an hour before finally being told they weren't going to be able to get our boxes to us that day.

When the manager called me two days later, I was told we would simply have to make another trip to pick them up. They weren't willing to deliver them or offer any kind of credit for the extra fuel, time, and inconvenience caused by their mistake. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated.

I called Jayden in Yuba City because she had helped us with our move from the beginning. She immediately said she would contact the Oklahoma location and see what she could do.

Within just a couple of hours, the Oklahoma manager called me back with a completely different attitude. He was very apologetic and offered to have an employee deliver our U-Boxes directly to us the following day!

That change happened because Jayden stepped in to help us. She took ownership of a problem that wasn't even caused by her location and made sure we were taken care of. THAT is amazing customer service.

Jayden truly saved the day for us, and I am incredibly grateful. Huge thank you to her and the entire Yuba City U-Haul team. They have been fantastic throughout this move, and I would absolutely recommend them!”

A pad for the bench would sure improve things.”
