I got my lashes done here, loved the atmosphere staff was very nice but my lashes didn't even last a week. When I left she handed me her card and wrote her number on it. I called the store a few times but no one answered. I called her personal number I even sent her a couple of text messages letting her know what was going on and she didn't answer me. My lashes fell within 4 days!!!! I couldn't do anything because they'd fall right off!!! They'd fall off while working out, doing dishes, laundry, watching tv, babysitting etc.

My daughter had an allergic reaction to the chemicals they use to curl eyelashes and when she told them they denied her refund. Super unprofessional and bad service. They do not care about there customers, they only care about money. Will never be letting her go back to that place again.

BECKY IS AMAZING!! Shes sooo funny, nice, amazing customer service!! She KILLS my hair EVERYSINGLETIME!!. I'm pretty damn crazy with new ideas and she ALWAYS hits and creates my vision!! and DON'T GET ME STARTED ON HOW SHE KILLS MY LASHES!!!OMG. No joke, if you see any bad reviews on her, than they are just angry with themselves . 800% RECOMMENDED!!!

Very disgusted and disappointed in my service with Becky. I explained this showed her pics and advised my hair grabs red and orange easy. She said no problem. I have had this done before and my girl closed her shop so had to find a new. After almost 3 hours I get oh it still grabbed orange like it was a shock. No let's see if we can fix this or anything. I was told to wash it and it will brighten up. Well the pic below is after a wash and scrub and not even close. I can't believe the lack of care and service to help fix a mess she caused. I do NOT recommend at all!!! Now I have to find someone to fix this mess and pay even more money!!!!

I went and had a last minute appointment and was pleased how hast I got in. It was a fast process. for a classic set. Within two day they were falling out. No makeup was used nor did they get wet. I tried calling no answer. I left a message no one returned my call. I would not recommend going here.

The Lash & Beauty Bar is everything it should be and more. I've had my lashes done here and have loved every appointment. The ladies are very friendly and very knowledgable and the salon is always clean and organized. You can tell the owner/employees care about the clients and business and love what they do. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for good quality work and a great experience!
