I would give them 0 stars if I could. I went in to see Heather Burrell and she had me crying by the time I left. She wanted to just argue with me and tell me what I was going through "would just come back if you treat it". She did not care about my issues. In fact, after she left my room, I could hear her talking to the nurse negatively about me. I would NEVER recommend anyone to see this doctor. Do yourself a favor; go somewhere else and see a doctor who actually cares about you and your concerns.

If you have problems with the ppl at the lab when confronted video tape them and show it to their supervisor so done with the attitudes you're not a nurse not even an LVN you're just a phlebotomist a 6 week corse after a quick crash corse as an MA . You're not magic you're not a doctor.

Went there for pins needles sensation in feet was told it could be fixed by shooting alcohol into the nerves that would kill the nerves you would never walk again later found out it’s neuropathy

Mom is currently having an anxiety attack just trying to get to billing. My mother in law has to get someone to help her call in for appointments. I personally was refused a new doctor before I lost my insurance and ended up in hospital. They are contracted to keep the road maintained on B street. They don't. It wouldn't let me give zero stars as I wanted

*PEDIATRIC CARDIOLOGY DEPT*FRONT DESK, ERICA is amazing, polite, and the first one out of the 5 that I spoke to, who made my daughters Ortho medical release form, a priority, and didn't just pass me off again. =)It's been over a week of calling to get this form completed. I do understand though because,sadly, it seems as though this department is understaffed.Every time you call, there is a 90% chance that you'll be placed on hold for over 5 minutes.Im Hoping that they get the funding, or whatever they need, to fully staff this busy department. I feel bad for those girls, they work their butts off!

More problems at the lab. I went last week to get a blood test for one doctor, but they performed tests for a different doctor, including a thyroid test for which I'm supposed to fast. That didn't throw up a red flag, guys? I went in today to question what happened, and this guy named Victor treated me like I was two years old. I am done with this place.

Was given a glowing endorsement of Sutter North and I needed a new doctor as the Beale clinic does not want to deal with older, I'm 65, patient. I called and was told I would need to make an appointment to get accepted to be a patient. I asked how much it would cost I was told they did not know and could not tell me until after the appointment and the spoke with my insurance. (medicare and tricare for life) So between $ and $1000000 I guess.
