Sunny is THE pro. Very knowledgeable in what he does. He helped us get a contractor to fix up some minor things in our home, helped us get a deal and was always there to answer our questions quickly. A great big "Thank You" to Sunny for having endless patience with my wife and I as we searched for our next home! Sunny walked us through many potential homes but it took nearly a year to find the "right one".

Sunny is an amazing realtor and an even better person! We had no idea where to start in the buying process and he helped every step of the way. Buying a home for the first time seemed scary and stressful but thanks to sunny we had no issues and if an issue did arise he was able to handle it quickly. My family had been separated for almost a year and he helped us get back under 1 roof again within a short few months. When it came to picking the right home he was up front and honest about his opinion. Why it would or would not be a perfect choice for us and he did not allow us to settle. When we decided on a home within a few days another perfect home had popped up on the market and we fell in love with it. Sunny was able to help us backout of our previous deal and put an offer on the new home in a matter of days! After closing on our first home he even took the cost of our new homes carpets being professionally cleaned. It's not easy to find people who are that caring and generous now and days and we were lucky enough to be able to experience that with sunny! I would recommend 1000 times.
