My wife and I were helped by a man named Juan, who was very dismissive of our problems and told us he couldn’t help us and to go somewhere else. We will be switching phone providers and leaving T-mobile. We will be finding a company that actually cares about our problems and concerns.

Extremely poor service. Drove 2 hours to help my dad exchange a phone after he talked to someone at the store. They refused to verify his account over the phone and were not remotely interested in helping. I’ve been on my brother’s account at Verizon and have done in-store account verification like a dozen times with no issue. Bad company policies and bad service - don’t waste your time with T-mobile.

Went to pay a bill. I waited 20 minutes and decided to leave. 2 other customers walked out of the store one that came before me and one that got there while i was waiting smh. 4/18/23 @3pm

Great customer service. Shawn helped setup everything and walked me through all the step for the internet service. So when I get home, it's plug and play. And answer all my questions. Thank you, Shawn.

I was having a hard time for days. I was tryin to port my number to a new service since I have weak signal with T-Mobile. I call T-Mobile and they were unable to help me since they were not able to send me code through my email. I was happy when a T-Mobile representative Joaquin help me out at my local T-Mobile store. He was able to assist me in getting my number port out. He went above and beyond just to help me out. Thank you and keep doing what you do best.

The worst customer experience I have had in years. The store manager is beyond condescending and a sexist who thinks that a woman is incompetent and a liar. I contacted the insurance carrier for t mobile - which I pay for - and was told my phone has a warranty issue that the T-mobile must handle. Instead of listening and comprehending the problem the store manager insisted I broke the phone and refused to hear the claim number or to access the account try to address the problem. The problem is I have a z fold and there are none in country due to a recall. This means T mobile needs to provide me with an option under the warranty which requires me to ask, if they have the Samsung 21. Instead of being reasonable an interested in customer service the Store manager chose to be offensive and condescending. T mobile makes it impossible to file customer complaints which creates no accountability in how their stores are run. This is beyond infuriating and this store manager should be relieved of his store or find an alternate career path. Sexism needs to be dealt with and treating people with respect should be paramount.

Ok. I bought my iphone from here, they screwed it up so bad that i was charged twice, lost my upgrade, and ended up paying like 600$ that day. Wife’s Samsung 21 quits working. Go in to do warranty. Guy tells me its free and he will exchange phone on warranty. Do everything they asked that day. No phone call, no emails, tried to call almost 20 times(during business hours), no one answered the phone at this location once. 4 days, 20 phone calls, not one time did anyone pick the phone orCall me back. The manager said he tried to call, apparently on the line that was not working and they knew it wasnt working. He said he makes only 1 attempt per customer. They called me a liar basically and i had to pull my phone out and show them their number dialed all those times. On top of all of this, they then tell me i have to pay 20$, after the first guy said its free, multiple times. They cant find where to charge me the 20$ so the manager manually types in i owe 20$!!!!! Like what? T mobile sold off all our private info when they bought sprint. I get at least 5-7 spam calls a day, even at 2 am. Probably 3 texts a day from scammers. Absolute trash employees, manager, and service. If i could go less than 1 star i would.

TMobile service here at Plumas Lake is Looosie. Maybe 1 bar. Apps are using mobile data. Go in to Yuba City and that notification goes away. Nice young man helped us. 5 stars to him. 1 star to TMobile service.

They lie to you about the price of your bill. They said $120/month. I did the auto pay. I did the secret code. I have been paying $160/month. Tried calling to get this resolved and NOBODY seems to be able to help me. On the phone they say to go to the store. At the store they tell me to call. Can’t wait to switch to a different company.

Excellent customer service. The staff were very knowledgeable. The girl who helped me was exceptionally curious and friendly. Was a little busy but to be expected during the holidays. Overall great experience

Even during the pandemic it's still a great place to shop. Good customer service and clean store. I came in to upgrade my phone and the rep named yaser did a great job answered all my questions got me a new phone and made sure my phone was protected with accessories. He was a sweet and friendly young man.
