I will never go here again, and I suggest others stop going, especially if you have a child with a disability. Me and my son walked in after checking in on line and sat down. My son has tourettes and had a loud tic. The 3 ladies in the haircut area proceed to start laughing loudly and say, "Oh my god, what was that he sounds like a Terradactyle. My son turned red and was very embarrassed. Now he doesn't even want to go to dinner because he's worried about people laughing at him again. These people don't deserve to cut my son's hair anyway. I'm just shocked that grown adults don't know better than to react that way. I will be speaking to management on Tuesday, and if it's not dealt with properly, I'll go to whoever I need to.

Charged me $30.00 for trimming my Hair and didn't layer it like I asked for. I went here before and they did a good Job and I wasn't charged $30.00. It took 5 Min. to trim my Hair. Not right overrated and I feel I was ripped off. Guys set in there longer I don't know what they get charged, but just trimming an inch off my hair for $30.00 was too much. never will go here again and don't recommend Sports Clips. Very disappointed and upset that they would do this to me. I'm a senior and didn't get a discount. After Covid Hair Dresses are charging too much money for a Hair cut's and getting away with it. I'm going to find out who to contact about this over charging that people charge for Haircuts. Men if you want a Gentlemens Haircut go over to Raleys in Yuba City they only charge $15.00. They do Women too. My friend told me and they do a excellent Job.

Worst haircut shop ever I want my money back I got a hair cut there and I got a fade on my back of my head and they did not show it to me at the end of my hair cut, when I got home I looked back at my hair cut and the fade I got it and there was a chunk of hair that was in my fade so I went back to go to as if they can fix it , I would never go back here again save yourself your money and time don't ever go here and she said if you would of paid extra for the vip it would of helped your hair cut . So basically the standard hair cut is not enough so horrible never recommend

Wouldn’t recommend unless you are a child or a senior citizen. Asked for a low skin fade and received a patchy high/mid fade. The service took abnormally long and the stylist didn’t seem competent.

Very rude. Did my check in online. When I walked in I was very rudely met with “did you check in online?” By the lady in the front. The same lady cut my hair and was very curt with every direction. Halfway through she’s like “I don’t get your hair” then asked how I normally wear my hair. She only seemed happy once the haircut was and I gave her a tip. Technically my hair was cut so thats why.Service: Haircut

Basic haircut, nothing fancy. Quick in and out, no appointment necessary.

LOL seriously just go to a barber if you're looking for a good mens cut. These people don't know what a fade is let alone a drop fade or taper fade. Money gone to waste

Great vibes and I actually switched to them because of such a poor experience with my prior place. I'll go ahead and say it, Pro Cuts closes early, even when you have a nice reserved appointment, and it tells you to come in at a certain time, which you do! I definitely don't wanna make it all about Pro Cuts (it's actually more aptly named Amateur Cuts. OK I'll take a deep breath and get on track/target! I came in with a challenge because I waited almost 3 times longer than I normally wait to get a haircut, which means that my hair was doing whatever it wanted, and it does not resemble anything near the results of the haircut I would be going for. But you know what, the stylus didn't think anything of it and just took charge like the pro she is! Gosh, I can't even remember my stylist, but I will say that everyone in there was really great as it was. My stylist, and you can look me up and see, and I think management should , because she deserves some real kudos, as she gave me such a solid haircut. And I went ahead and chose a shorter guard along with the whole cut being shorter. Now for the hard part... My hair grows forward, but when I get my haircut, I want the whole thing aiming towards the right and towards the back. Pretty much the opposite of what it wants to do, except for the middle and right side are less stubborn. *** since I'm terrible at explaining, I've learned to just keep a picture of when my haircut has been very recent and I have it style so they can see what I'm going for, otherwise they would never guess... That's my opinion, because it's pretty different than if I left it alone*** * blending a 1.5 guard is not that easy of a task because it's extremely short, which I want to say just over 1/8 of an inch, and on the top I usually go just over an inch, but I decided that I would do basically exactly at inch. - That blend was flawless, had no lines in it, and was perfectly gradual! - in addition, it didn't turn out as a high and tight (sort of military like where it stays short pretty high up on your head)... I like mine to blend to full length just about halfway. * NAILED IT! The way I decide if it's right for me, is by more or less looking at the shadow or the outline, and seeing the shape. If it goes straight up and at the top starts inward, then I've just been given a high & tight HOWEVER, if it starts short at the lowest point, and has a very slight outward angle because of that medium height fade/blend, and the top has a nice shape, then I know I'm going to be very happy! I was happy!!! As you can tell, I know what I like and I'm also very specific in particular... But I am also very understanding that it's not always easy, so I will never get angry if it doesn't come out with the exact characteristics, i mentioned. Details - CHALLENGES!! * Mostly my hair Wants to grow forward and I have a ton of it but it's very fine...soooo * because it's fine, not to be confused with thinning, it really wants to lay flat. But that's not my game plan and I figured out how to get it to do what I want. It took me a lot of tries & years!! I WANT IT TO aim towards the right, with a bias towards the back. (so the front is actually towards the side and back a bit.) 1.) challenge 1 that could be disastrous if it was brought up really high, since it needs to be a little short, but they are perennial experts, and make it work, achieving results that I love 2.) CHALLENGE 2 (I think this is an art to achieve) My left side actually wants to go down and forward. Well, that's exactly the opposite of what I want it to do. So the solution is that they cut that side, just a little shorter, and then, when I use gel or whatever, I have it short enough, so it doesn't stick out, but it does follow along with that right word aim, then the further over, I get, the more to the back it goes. (it's done so well, that certainly does not resemble a high and tight which... Well, if I were to do it, it certainly
