Best bank I've ever had, very nice staff and great customer service. They are also great on the phones as well. I have been a member for many years now and have had no problems or issues with they.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! I implore you to shop around with other banking institutions. I unfortunately have a few loans with Sierra Central and have been at the receiving end of terrible customer service. Sierra does not care about you or your situation. Again, Sierra Central does not care about you, nor do they have competent management with the ability to take a step back and look at the entire situation.
