We were able to do it over the phone they were very mindful of our privacy yet made it easy to merge and close out the other units. I will be forever grateful to them! I had a wonderful experience at Storage Stars. I was cleaning out 2 units and the first one they blew it and took it off my monthly bill. Then the 2nd unit I finally got it cleaned out. And before I got back to sleepy and tell them I was out, they had already taken care of the unit and took it off monthly bill. One of the units was hard to lift open, I mentioned to staff and the next time I was there the door had been fixed. All Great remarks nothing BAD”
“Had two units. Never had any bugs or rodents like many of the other storages in the area I've used. Always clean, no one camping out or unwanted traffic. Very friendly staff. Only reason I left is because I moved. 10/10”
