I've been banking here for several years. I've always been treated fairly and they have always resolved any issues I have had in the past and present. Today, Amanda was able to help me navigate through a minor issue with a credit card. Really appreciate their customer service and help.

I love my bank! Been with this bank for a very long time, and appreciate how great they take care of teachers. Went into this location needing assistance with a personal loan. A woman assisted me. I felt like she was choosing to go above and beyond for me. I came in to apply for a personal loan and assistance with my credit card with them. I needed assistance as a teacher with the summer months with bills and to eliminate my credit card. So I asked for my credit card amount and what I needed for the summer months. As a teacher, they are usually able to assist with these things. My customer service rep seemed to understand my need. I wasn’t approved for the full amount, and my credit was in good standing so she went to speak with a manager in regards. The manager ended up agreeing to approve me for a lower amount. After my rep came back to speak with me, she started mentioning things she had never mentioned. She shared they would give me a personal loan to only pay my credit card. It couldn’t be used for anything other than my credit card. I shared that I needed necessities and things, and help with the summer months at the beginning of the conversation, and once I told her this issue, she then started creating preventative reasons on why this was no longer a good idea and etc. I felt like, with their outcome of a solution, my rep hadn’t listened to me at all. They actually only wanted to place me back in debt, by my personal loan only being able to used to eliminate a credit card. They had no desire to truly help me as a educator through the summer months. I’m back at square one after sitting in the bank for two hours. I’m choosing to stay positive.

Big thank you to Javier. His customer service was extraordinary! He was able to help me with my auto loan and I’m so happy with my new car. It wouldn’t have been possible without him and having schools as my bank. Thank you Javier for being so patient and considerate. Having you work here and displaying the excellent customer service is why I love my bank so much!!

this is the best financial institution I've ever been to when it comes to getting a car loan. they are very efficient and helpful. when other banks in the area treated me like a second class citizen, this branch treated me as a welcome customer. it's disgusting how banks treat customers today. this branch is a wonderful exception. I understand it is a credit union, but if they had business banking I would be able to do away with other banks entirely.

Love this bank! I switched from Bank of America a couple years ago and have always had great service here! Everyone is friendly and helpful!We are fortunate to have a branch in Yuba City!

They told me that they would set up autopay for me and that it would automatically pay my credit card from my checking. They never set it up and so my credit card payment was late which impacted my credit score. Super disappointing and a small mistake can impact someone more than you think.

Had a vehicle loan through them. Nothing easy with having a loan with this company. No online payment option, no automatic payment option and could not pay off my vehicles remaining balance on one transaction because it was more then $3000. Had to call two separate days to pay off a $4500 balance. Won't get a loan here again.

I am very pleased with this bank, I had ordered online and the bank called me about possible fraud activity on my account when i had placed an online order. Very quick to monitor questionable activities. I will recommend this bank to everyone i know
