Avoid the Optical Center due to poor practices and service. I was unable to return a pair of glasses just a day after purchase, despite being assured I could return them for any reason. The staff member I dealt with was unhelpful, dismissive, and ignored my concerns. I simply wanted to exchange the frames for a better fit, but she refused to honor the return policy. There ain't no fancy moral to go with this I fear.

Why was mobile ordering closed down before 7pm? It was so inconvenient for me. This isn’t the first time either. What’s the point of having scan and go for cafe if I can’t use it? ?
