Have shopped at this Sam's Club for as long as it's been open. It's a great store! The Plus/Business membership is definitely worth it with the early access hours, free shipping on most items, and order online to pickup options, etc. This is my go-to store in Yuba City!

Membership here for so long and now Costco has come and the competition shows. It does not get as busy but they try. This place still shuffles merchandise around and have issues once relocated. The "clearance" items are a joke at times as they yellow tag items and are just a couple bucks off and have seen some within "pennies ". Buyer beware but the scan and go is a plus. Costco gets that it's game over

Ordered cupcakes from bakery and as I was walking away holding 30 cupcakes it opened and almost fell everywhere! They need new cup cake containers!!!

A shout-out to a very helpful young man, Joseph, at the self checkout area. His sincerity to assist was palpable, a personable associate, an asset to Sam's Club Yuba City. Thank you, Joseph! Love the customer service I received from Kailene, she went above and beyond to help me out on 10/23/2023, she was on her break and saw that my platter of cookies fell off my cart, she helped pick them up and them while I loaded the rest of my items up in the car she went into the store and came back with a new platter of cookies. Thank you Kailene for having great customer service skills

If no stars were and option that is what I would give. I have never had a bad experience at any other Sams club. This store is a joke. Ordered pizza's for function. They said if they could not do it they would call back that night. The day of they said they called and left a message that could not do it. There is not a call or message on ether phone. We show up to pick the pizza up and they say they called to cancel them. Now I have 60 people that I have to feed with 30 minutes to figure something out. Do not count on this Sams club. I used sams club last month in Elk Grove and had no issues. If I lived in Yubq City I would drive to elsewhere to to a Sams club. Update called from Sams clubs parking. Little Caesars was able to take care of us in the time it took us to get there. Again do not count on this Sams club.

If i could give this store negative i would. The way that this assistant manager treat me today was sickening. He watched me scan every item that was in my cart that my child was seating in and even came up to and was looking my cart and i had less 10 items in my cart and you can cleanly see on the screen that everything was clearly scanned and not only after that when i was done paying he decided to walk after me when i was already going to the door for the person to scan my receipt he wanted to me follow that very unprofessional and i felt he only did that because of my race. I've had anything like that happen to me and i was with my child. I was only person had his eyes the whole time i was checking out. I will taking this too the Better Business Bureau because this type behavior is unacceptable for a membership that i pay money for.

I wish Sams club allowed you to pay for food at checkout!! Sure would save time Plus why can't they have windshield cleaning sponges & paper at the pumps ?? Also I have been calling since this morning, so last 5 hour's finally someone answered but said if i could call back in 5 minutes, so i waited 20 minutes and now again NO one is answering there phone !! Either they need to hire more because they are so busy or they are ignoring the calls ridiculous

This location often seems to be out of items, especially produce, BUT there's a lot of shopping convenience that other stores just don't offer. Curbside pickup is great! All staff are friendly but Keith really goes above and beyond. Keith deserves a raise. He has provided us tips on when to order to get the items we want and always checks in with us if they're running behind with getting groceries out. Sam's also offers their app to scan groceries while shopping in store so you can skip the line! Between this, curbside pickup, and customer service - this is a solid 4 star place to shop. Hoping to see improvements in their availability of produce items. This would be an easy 5 star review if they were able to stay stocked in common produce items such as blueberries, cucumbers, broccoli, etc.

sams club yuba city TIRES and BATTERIES... I bought a new deep cycle marine and RV battery to operate my water pressure pump on my solar home. I got it home and put it on the smart charger to check it out before I installed it to make sure it was fully charged. It read out at 12.1 volts. that is a danger of being toast number. I charged it for three solid hours and the charger said fully charged it went up to 14 or so , I took the charger off and let it sit over night in the bk of my truck in the garage. cause that 12.1 number had me scared it was bad up front. these batteries after a rest with no load need to be at 12.7 to be fully charged. in the morning this one said 12.3 which in solar home terms means total toast and time to toss it. I took it back today and they in the battery and tire shop INSISTED that its a 12 volt battery and it should only read 12.0 to be good. I resent being talked to like an idiot either they are total rude people or they are crooks selling me a bad battery up front. and then trying to con me into thinking oh thats normal. that big fat guy looks like he just crawled out from under a rock and the guys in there dont know SQUAT about batteries. I normally buy all batteries there but I am thinking I need to go back to costco in chico if this is how they are to work with at sams I told them to refund my money and they did.. I had to drive 20 miles in there and another 20 home so it wasnt just insulting but very costly too. I wanted to slap that guy he made me so mad talking to me like I was retarded.

Just not my cup of tea Costco is much better at least that's my personal preference but the store is nice employees are not as helpful as Costco the store is not as organized or as clean as Costco
