Excellent customer care and repair service.
Had them replace (2) windshields on my 2011 tacoma & 03 ram recently. After it rained a month later the tacoma had a small drip. Took it in, they tested and verified the leak and replaced the windshield. Repair mechanics were very informative and explained how they test for leaks. Will continue to use them for any future windshield repair.

If I could give a negative star I would. I had a break in while I was out of the country. Safe flight assured me everything would be taken care of while I was away. A few weeks later when my regulator was damaged due to excessive class left from the repair I had a technician come out and look at the vehicle and assured me the repair would be underneath a warranty repair it would cost me nothing. After hearing nothing for a week I took it upon myself to reach out to Safelite and ask for an update. I was then told that the part had been ordered and they were simply waiting for it to arrive. Another week later I received another call from Safelite questioning the events leading to the damaged window and told me it was my responsibility to pay for the damages done to my vehicle. I now have to pay an additional $200 plus dollars at another facility for their damages. If you have a choice to go with someone other than Safelite you'll probably be saving yourself hundreds of dollars.

Yes, I wish I could give this particular Safelite location a BIG ZERO (0) review. Safelite installed today an after-market windshield on my 2023 RDX and had the audacity not to accept their mistake and try to blame me for not telling them that it was an OEM windshield that was Geico approved. Alexander tried to sugar coat their mistake and did not acknowledge it nor apologize. Shame on you Alexander!
I will never go back to this shop again!
And this is my honest and unbiased review based on my (today's) experience!

Wish I could leave 0 stars they don't deserve any. Jaime the Technician called and said he would be there at 9 am, didn't show up until 10. He already seemed very discouraged to do the job because it was an older vehicle. He removed the windshield and said there was rust damage and wouldn't be able to put the windshield back on because he found excessive rust damage. I looked at it my self and clearly saw he was exaggerating on the rust especially when compared to example pictures but he refused to put the new windshield on. Gave me back my old windshield with more damage than it originally had and left me with no windshield. Manager was no help at all wouldn't even come look the exaggerated rust damage himself. Another glass company came and installed a new windshield no problem. Atleast this sorry company made it easy for the next by removing the windshield for them and speeding up the process so thanks for that.

I had an appt on 8/15/24, Jesus was prompt, explained everything and went out of his way to help me with windshield wipers, I couldn't afford them right now, and he put a pair on my car so I'll be safe driving a ways to work. I will use them in the future if I need to. Thank you Jesus. Happy customer

my appointment 9:00 it's now 12:30 still don't have my car, plus I've had other shops come to my house and replace my windshield much faster.This shop will not travel more than 30 miles to do the work at your house would not recommend this shop!

Jonathan replaced windshield on my 2016 Corolla. But he left a glass cleaners bottle in between engine and radiator which started making weird sound. At first I thought something wrong with my car front wheel but when I went to my Shop just to find out this. I end up paying $125 to shop to get it diagnosed and find out what's wrong with my. I wish I have options to post pix also here.

Took it there for a windshield replacement on 10/7/23. On November 18th 2023 realized now that it was raining that my windshield wipers were not working properly where as before they were. I suspected the windshield replacement to be the issue as prior to that being done there were no issues. So on November18th I called them. I was instructed to come down. Drove down there, a technician came out and didn't look at anything but told me there is no way a windshield replacement could cause the issue. The issue persisted and I took safelite at their word so I took it to Toyota for diagnostic. It cost me $209! They in fact found that the windshield replacement left a film covering the sensor to the wipers which is why they are not working properly. Toyota did not repair the issue. I immediately drove back to safelite (this was on January 20th) and gave them a copy of the diagnostic and was told to wait for a manager. I spoke to manager Richard on 1/26/24 and was informed that because I went to Toyota for diagnosis they will not honor the issue. I only went there because they turned me away and I believed there was a different issue with my car. He also said there was no record of that visit (also not my fault they didn't document it)Manager from safelite said even though they told me they couldn't have caused the issue that instead of going to the dealer I should have just kept coming back to safelite which is absurd. So because I believed they didn't cause the issue they say I'm wrong for going elsewhere. I've filed a complaint with the bureau of automotive repair on this company and with my insurance company who paid for a fix that was faulty. I'll never go here again!
