I brought a hold bracelet to the guy here at royal and he gave me an honest cash offer on the value of the gold and confirmed that the place I went before him wasn't honest about it's purity...royal jeweler's tested it and paid me on the spot..highly recommend this place

The guy who works there didn't help me at all ! I tried to get a necklace appraised that was given to me by a friend who said had value. He didn't even want to give me an appraisal and was really rude about it. Definitely not going here again.

If I could give negative stars, I would! This man told my husband to bring my ring in and he would have it done by the next day 3pm. Not only was the ring not even touched the next day, he told me to call again the following day to check. So we did.......he never answered the phone. So I had to drive all the way over just for him to say he still had not touched it! Then 7 days later he still had not called us. So my husband has to drive over again because he is not answering. Finally he says the ring is done. Once picked up the ring was the same damn size. Save yourself the hassel and go to someone else.

If I could give negative stars I would! This man said my ring would be done the next day by 3pm. It wasn't, not only did he not call but I had to drive all the way to him because he wouldn't answer his phone. When I got there he still had not torched the ring. He told me to call back the next day. So I did, he didn't answer after I called multiple times. So again I had to drive to him for him to again say it's not been touched. 7 days later still no call. I go to his business again he finally says the ring is done. The ring was the same damn size. This man is a terrible businessman, if you want to call him that. He cannot keep up with the work he promises customers and he's rude when you go into acquire about your property because of his promise. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
