07/03/24 GOOD LUCK GETTING THEM TO HONOR YOUR MEMBERS DEALS! If things get better consistently, I'll update my review.
BUT the Sizzling Wok Asian food counter inside deserves 5 stars because they serve big portions of fresh delicious food and give great customer service!
A few days ago the thin, blonde, female manager at self-checkout would not honor our Members Deals even after showing her I had all my deals clipped online, I downloaded the app on the spot, she used my phone number, she scanned my rewards number, my husband even went to the back of the store to take a picture to show her the deal sign, even after ALL of that and we are extremely regular customers she STILL wouldn't honor our deal/discount just because the computer wouldn't automatically give the discount but the other discounts worked fine. She verified everything was correct and the requirements for the deal were met but she wouldn't honor the deal anyways. She just said, "Sorry, guys." and we paid full price. And to top it off she was being so rude to her other workers and less than nice to us too.
Gave her the benefit of the doubt and shopped again the next day, she was chatting away, not at her post while my husband and others waited too long for her to come over and fix the issues at self checkout on a busy day when she was the only person available to override the registers. When she finally came over she was rude and didn't apologize for the wait.
Every time we've shopped and she's there, she's just rude to everyone.
We've been told the Bel-Air system has had multiple problems with the Members Deals and the other cashiers have manually given us the discount before because they verified our transaction was correct for the deals but they wouldn't scan and it wasn't our fault.
This lady gives VERY POOR customer service!
09/13/23 The Sizzling Wok inside this place is awesome! The server lady today at 11:43AM was so polite, professional and accommodating to our needs. She really loaded our 3 combo box very full and I appreciate it so much, because other places skimp and we don't go back to them. On the other hand, the guy at the sushi counter wasn't very polite. But the wok counter was delicious, good portions, and great customer service from the nice lady serving the orders. We'll definitely be back to The Sizzling Wok.
03/11/23 Great place to shop IF you know how to find deals and you're looking for healthy options. So many good health foods and deals here, love it.
We shop here a lot but tonight (10/26/19 about 8:45PM) I just HAD to share that the associate named Alexa was amazing. She went out of her way to find us what we needed by searching and even checking in the back, made sure all our Something Extra Rewards discounts were taken, made sure we got our points, simultaneously took care of other customers, and had a wonderful attitude the entire time! She definitely deserves a customer service award and a hard worker award.

Usually i have nothing to say about this store but this time around the sandwich shop messed with my mother.
It was her first time gettIng a sandwich from here and “Deb” and whoever else was working there decided that their side conversation was more important than to help my mom get her sandwich order in. Instead of being met with the “F.A.M.I.L.Y” moto that the company swears by, she was met by short, crude, and bothered staff. Again she had no idea what she had to do since it was her first time there. It one of them rudely pointed out “you need to fill out a form”, to which my mom replied…”you need to not talk to me like that” and so forth. She had called ahead to see if they made tuna sandwiches and they had told her they do. But as she filled out the form she noticed that “tuna” wasnt a protein option. When she went up to ask about it they again, were short and told her they in fact did NOT do that. My mom told them that she called and they had let her they could so then again they rudely pointed her in the direction of the salad wall and said that SHE needed to go grab one and bring it to them. I dont ever remember such poor service here but i have been told by a few other members that recently its been getting worse and worse. Customer service is obviously not for everyone. I completely understand that at work we can have side conversations, but if it gets in the way of doing the JOB YOU GET PAID TO DO, maybe you shouldn’t be a Raleys, Bel Air, Nob Hill employee. “Changing the way the world eats” please. I think they need to go back and get retrained. Its this sort of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service that kick stores like these off the top 100 list. Check your employees.

Convenient and close. I use the bank located inside and also grab a few things while I'm there. Friendly staff in both parts and store is always stocked and clean.
