They used to me a lot better before the COVID out break. Now I go to pick up prescriptions for me and my family and I'll say family members name and they seam to always say they don't have a prescription go home look and they are texting saying they do go back and plays dumb like it just got ready or that it wasn't her that just waited on me it was someone else she never takes responsibility for her screw ups I think she might be the newest hire but she has worked there at least 3 years now and still messes up all the time and lies about it.

They used to be a lot better but the newest worker I don't know her name she's east Indian she can be rude and I'll go to get my medicine and I will say is this all of it I thought my daughter had something to pick up too she will say no I'll get home talk to my wife and she will say there was I wait a day and get another txt about it so I go in she acts like it wasn't her that waited on me the day before or the medicine just got filled I get the messages and this happens more often then It should also my wife had a lot of refills they all disappeared for some reason idk why. Talked to another Dr and put my wife right back on same meds but he gave her 12 refills because he was retiring and to give her time to get new Drs for blood pressure and diabetes idk why they were taken after only 4 or 5 refills over all the quality and care isn't as much there anymore as it was before COVID outbreak you guys were great before covid

INCOMPLETE GROCERY ORDERS being delivered from the Yuba City location! We recently had to resort to getting our groceries delivered due to car troubles and we're not happy! The one star review is for the last 2 grocery orders we placed that were not complete orders! We had ordered a quantity of 6 of a certain item on both of our previous orders and we only received 3 of them each time! We checked the website and the item we were shorted was in fact in stock and available for delivery, but when the order arrived we were short 3 of those items both times! Whoever is filling the InstaCart orders for delivery needs to check the quantity requested for an item BEFORE CHECKING OUT!! Any other time we would give this location a 5 star outstanding review, but until we start getting EVERYTHING WE ARE PAYING FOR my one star rating stays at one star!

Raleys bakery has always been my go-to for birthday cakes. The time before my most recent order, I ordered a cake for my moms 60th birthday and when I went to pick it up they didn't have it. The lady at the counter told me someone was supposed to call me, but after going through my call logs it was clear no one had. She gave me a free cake after this, which my mom and everyone one else enjoyed. I felt this issue was righted, however I have yet again run into another issue with Raleys and their bakery. I ordered a birthday cake for my boyfriend weeks in advance. I picked one from their glass case that I thought looked good and specified what I wanted written on it and how. I missed a call the day before I was supposed to pick it up (yesterday). I called back the same day. The lady who answered the phone sounded very annoyed with me upon answering the phone. She told me that whoever had taken my order hadn't written down what kind of cake I wanted. I attempted to describe what it looked it, and she seemed even more annoyed. She told me what kinds of chocolate cakes they had available by tomorrow and I ended up going with one of those. When I went to pick up the cake, it was very plain, not like the ones in the glass cases, and they had yet to do the pop letters I had ordered (I asked for it to be ready at 12 and went to get it at around 4pm). I ended up just buying a random cake in the glass case instead... I really wish I would have just told them to forget about it and spent my 30 bucks elsewhere. I miss the old Raleys Bakery. Next time I'll be going to Sams Club or maybe a local bakery.

Warning: Stay away from the apple pies at the Yuba City location. Undercooked and tasted horrible!!! If you work in a bakery it seems like a pie should be good but don't count on it at this Raley's.

Hi. it's Jamey writing this review. usually raleys is good but they aren't anymore. i ordered a birthday cake on december 2nd and the birthday is on december 5th. i scheduled the cake to be done by 7pm on the 4th. they called me at 11 on the 4th (THE DAY OF) telling me they don't have any white cake and any other bakery needs a 24 hour notice. they screwed up my chances of getting the cake i was suppose to. so f all of u. you ruined my birthday (this was the first time i actually was gonna get a cake i wanted) thank you guys. i really don't appreciate it.

The review is for the store lead only: "Raman". Terrible customer service. She belittles the customers and even the employees right in front of the customer. She made me feel stupid for asking her to confirm an instacart customer's birthday for an alcohol purchase. Sorry that was just a part of the instacart job. All she had to do was look at the date and say "Ok" so I could proceed in the checkout process, but instead she stopped completely what she was doing and scolded me in front of all staff and customers. As a manager or store lead I thought she would care about that important step as an alcohol delivery, but instead I was scolded for no reason. It's understandable and an obvious given that she wanted to see my ID for the purchase, but she did not even give me a chance to hand her my ID before she scolded me in front of many customers and staff. All she did was go on about how she didn't care about my instacart customer, whom is the actual Raleys customer purchasing from this store! I'm not going to be held responsible by Instacart for not asking the cashier to accept the customers birthday, which is part of the mandatory step-by-step check out process, so I asked her to verify and she still threw a fit and made me look stupid in front of everyone. Also, she had the audacity to ask me how my day was going, right after she belittled me in front of everyone. Well Raman it was going great until I met you. Very disgusted by her attitude and will be avoiding her check out lane in the future.

I usually go to Rayle's for lunch / dinner few times a week, most the time it is bay area or downtown Sacramento locations. As a contractor working for myself I'm busy as we all are, I stopped in for something to eat @ the deli, stood there for a bit (along with another lady) and we weren't acknowledged so I left, got my other items and returned. Only one consumer at the deli & 3 behind the counter now. (Understandably they each have other tasks other than helping the customers but a good ratio.) So after that gentleman was helped and walked off I stood alone. The employees were working, talking whatever but another guy is now standing there and they finish the conversation put in there ear pieces and turned their backs without again any status. I'm now thinking is it closed, Do I have to order online, there's no signage. I end up asking one of the lady's if I'm able to be helped & this point, and with back turned, earpieces and ignoring me I said it decent enough to hear but still normal voice. Employee responded with "I'm making sandwiches!" And a scowl; I'm in construction so not going to offend me but really was a WTF is this lady thinking moment. I responded w/ alittle more vigor (Still in a better tone than her response.) "that I didn't want to be helped, I just want to be told when WE CAN BE helped". I personally was on a timeline. Atleast me and the other guy had a good laugh in the parking lot. Got my mashed potatoes comp'd after, but at that point make the customer pay it's probably the last bit of money your going to get from them. I didn't want free food just friendlier service for the slight higher prices. Anyone can put on headphones, shop @ WinCo and not be treated like a j**** The employees were probably going to get to me & some point but I'd spent my whole break trying to get some warm food to eat. Seems to be a real disconnect between what their scope of work is , but that's a union customer service experience if I've ever had one!!!

Great place to shop little pricy in some product clean store bathroom well maintained enjoy the atmosphere employees are awesome so is the management also awesome great customer service thank you for the experience
