Very difficult to get an appointment using either a computer or a phone. Still haven't figured it out.

Single Handedly the worst diagnostic place I've ever been to, the staff are unsavory selfish people who don't care about their patients.Do not come here unless you want your medical health disrespected.

my mom is disabled elderly and She went to this clinic 2 days ago and was told to go home and make an appointment on her phone(there is a walk in option on a tablet there) she had somebody make a appointment for her because she can barely use technology and was scheduled at 4:45. Went there and they were closed. An email or notification should have been sent or phone call atleast that those hours are wrong. If your operating a business have good service atleast. unprofessional

Cheaper than others since they own their lab machines, rather than sending them to someone else.

I'm afraid of needles so I warned her before hand. I honestly felt the needle but she was a pro at it! Keep up the good work finding all the viens, good job! Wasn't bad at all!!!

Really don't comprehend these negative reviews from people. If you are a walk-in, expect to be treated as such, meaning those who have appointments will go ahead of you. That is why it is highly recommended (and encouraged) to spend a couple of minutes in choosing a time and day that work for you for an appointment on their website or call them. You can't complain "of waiting" when you didn't make the effort to make an appointment. Even though I arrived a little earlier (more than half an hour), my lab tests were done under five minutes, and I was out. The phlebotomist who assisted me was super kind and initiated small talk about where I work, when I will be undergoing surgery, etc. and that kind of conversation leads to other subjects. It is a very good way of keeping patients comfortable even though I have no fear of needles. Masks are required, so make sure to bring one. If you don't, they will give you one as I was in this situation. I thought masks were mostly "recommended" everywhere, not required. Try to arrive a few minutes before your appointment, and you will be on your way in no time. There is no receptionist here, only self check-ins on kiosks.

I have tried calling several times and cannot get ahold of anyone. The local offices cannot be gotten a hold of unless you're a doctor.

Made an appointment and they where running 20 minutes behind being short staff. But they're lines move quickly and staff is nice and friendly. Very pleasant experience!

Such a joke. As I sit here and wait I must say.I understand walks in have to wait and be added in where can be.. Sitting in the lobby myself and one other person his appointment was for 8:40 am the time is 8:20am.. but ohh let's take the next appointment. Instead of helping me.and by the time I'm done it would have been 8:40 The other gentleman's appointment time..So make sure you make an appointment they don't care about walk ins even though they say differently

Be prepared. Not people friendly. One can't just walk in like other places or like before. Need to plan way ahead. If one is fasting too bad for you, you don't have an appointment. You don't have a car, or drive? Too bad for you, you don't have an appointment. Don't use a cell phone? Oops sorry can't help you. There is no live person to help people. I was with someone who needed all of these. Dr that sent them there didn't know or didn't disclose the info..Was really sad this is how things have become. Luckily it worked out for them. But if others didn't know and had nobody with them it could be awful. Just check places out before going..

Had to fast and have been sitting here an hour so far. Only one person working and seems to be unpleasant and upset. Only two people have went back this whole hour. I hope I can make it in before she goes to lunch or I’ll have to wait another hour. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Long waits...poor customer service...not hygienic. Has a cramped waiting room, no receptionist. Immaculate website.

Great place, great people. If you are a smart person you make your appointment not walk in.
