“I went today and Kylie was my cashier, she was super sweet and helpful, a man had came in and was being very rude and argumentative with her, stating he was mad that Kylie had let me go in before him even though I was there before him. He said he had called and made an “appt” even though it’s a walk in service. I had paid to bathe 2 dogs and he said he was in a hurry. He said he called her and said he needed to be first and I told him well you weren’t here at 10 and I was so she let me go in. He was rude and argumentative with me about it and I told him there’s no need to be rude with the worker when u were the one late and there’s no appts here. I walked to the counter and saw her crying and it’s breaks my heart to see kind people like Kylie be treated that way by entitled people. Even when the man checked out she was still kind to him. I told her I told him off because his behavior was uncalled for and she didn’t deserve it. She was very sweet and told me I didn’t need to do that but justice was served on a hit platter for him. Respect for Kylie.”
“I didn't go for the grooming. I went to get my buddy a bag of milk bones and a bag of chews. Buddy is good to me why wouldn't I return the favour. A dog is the only thing that enters your life to ok I've you, without question and without any doubt in his mind that YOU are the next thing to God. so make his day, forgo the $10 Starbucks and get him/her a bag of treats that will last a month and is better than the overated coffee any way.. The dog will love you until he/she does, the coffee makes you need to pee!”

“Always helpful EVERY EXPERIENCE my mom & I have had. We get pellets and gel every 4 weeks. We use to go to lowes and were treated like crap in Lincoln. The old woman at the register has so many complaints yet they take loosing customers over keeping her. So we decided to try Grange. PERFECT experience. Never like you're an inconvenience there. Wheatland has gone to Yuba city and won't change.”

“Employee brought a hand basket for me. I was taking a long time to decide on cat food. Looking for food for skin and coat health. Don’t like paying $75 for 7.7 lb vet diet, BY PRESCRIPTION ONLY, dry food that contains POWDERED CELLULOSE, just because it is processed to avoid allergies.Store always clean and fairly well stocked. Customer service is always “Tip Top””
