worst business EVER told me he would meet me at his shop in 30 minutes 90 min later he pulls up and leaves with someone else sooo i chase him down the road catch up and he says ill call you later say no to drugs

Great experience, replaced my 4ft by 3 ft glass window for a reasonable price. Took the window frame in and was done in about 30 minutes. Window looks great

Moving out of state in 3 days and my windshield broke, they said they would have it replaced same day, they couldn't get the glass in the same day so I said the next day would be fine. I dropped my car off the next day and they called to tell me they couldn't do it and it would have to be the next day again. They called later and told me they couldn't get the correct windshield and couldn't do it until Monday, tomorrow is Christmas and I'm moving on Sunday. ANY other window place could have done my windshield but not I can't get it done now because it's Christmas Eve and I can't even pick my car up from them until 11am because that's when someone will be there to give me my keys. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

My bedroom window broke and I called different places but they all told me it would be scheduled for the next day. I urgently needed it fixed since it's December and very cold. I called Pacific Glass Services and the man I spoke to said he could come by the same day for an estimate and replacement. Took him a while to get here for the estimate but once he left, he came back within an hour and he replaced my bedroom window. Extremely satisfied and pricing was great!

My friends truck windshield trim was completely destroyed after they installed it leaks everywhere and you can see the glue they used seeping out of the smashed trim

This was the worst choice we could have made. Owner in bed with installer and they were fighting. The guy left marks on my walls from a crowbar and left marks on the new frames. Something didn't get done right because the new double pane windows now amplify sound from the outside and it looks incredibly cheap. You can visually see that the windows that open are crooked in their frame. DONT USE THESE GUYS!!! You get what you pay for... they left glass and debris every where!

Wow - 5.5 hours later and my windshield is finally fixed. They were supposed to be here at 8am. He showed up several hours later. And then left for about 45 minutes saying he had to pick someone up to help him with the install. Came back with a child who was sitting in my front seat playing in my car. Do not use these guys.
