Not happy at all with the purchase. We went to see the cars and went for a test drive. Sales man did not mention it had a dent in it at all and the car was dirty from the outside. As soon as we signed the papers the vehicle was washed and you were able to see the dent right away. Since the contract was signed they said they can not do anything about it. As soon as we left the lot the car also started making a loud noise when you turn the steering wheel to the right. I took it in On saturday so they can look at it and they said it was the axle and they just put some kind of grease so the noice can go away. I took the car and the next day is started to make the same noise. So they gave me an appointment for today 07/03 and apparently a mechanic from the morning took a look at it and they called me asking to go drive the car because they didn't find the noise. So once i arrived a different mechanic went on a test drive with me. We dont know what they did to the car and i was told they can not do anything because tbey did not hear any noise. As soon as i left again it started doing it. I will be going back and also calling the bank to let them know a vehicle that is not in good condition was sold to me. Not happy at all with the way things are being handled and the fact that we were told no accidents or nothing wrong with the car but yet it has a dent and a loud noise when driving it..... and i keep getting told they can not do anything about it..... not satisfied at all. If i could return this car i would.

Used Kelly blue book instant offer it directed me Yuba Nissan with a tentative offer 5,093. The assessment plugged into the car app was very accurate along with having three or four conversations with the dealership as well as submitting pictures. I arrived at Yuba Nissan and was given the new offer of 1,200 on account Yuba Nissan doesn’t sell 09 Toyota Camrys (why they never mentioned this is ridiculous). So if having a accurate price quoted to a prospective customer is NOT IMPORTANT YOU or if one likes to have their time and gas wasted this may be the spot for you.

I do not recommend buying from Nissan in Yuba City because at the time you are going to buy a car they promise a lot and do not keep their word.
I bought my truck and they promised me 4 new tires and when I told them what they had promised me they got angry and called me a liar. First and last time he bought a car from Nissan De Yuba City ?

I went into trade my car and lower the payments and get the Cosigner of my car I was able to succeed And lowering my car payment and also no cosigner and a brand new 2024.

We purchased a 2024 Rogue last week. The Rogue was more affordable than the Volvo we had in mind to purchase, but with all the features we were looking for. It was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Eddie was patient, detailed and extremely knowledgeable of the features on the car. Eddie even delivered our car to our door the following day, detailed and ready to drive!
We will return to Nissan of Yuba City for our future purchases.

It used to be a great place for me to go and get my Nissan serviced. Then they rebuilt my transmission and it jutters. They told me there was nothing they can do about it. Last time I went there I needed 2 of my tires patched. Since I purchased them there and they promised that I would get the same treatment as Les Schwab Tires I figured I would get the flats fixed at no cost. Not so, they wanted to charge me 40 bucks per tire but then told me one of the tires needed to be replaced. I took it to Les Schwab and told them I needed patches and they patch both of them. They never said I needed a new tire. 20 bucks later it was done Yuba City Nissan wanted $250. Seems like they were trying to scam me. And they wouldn't stand behind the work of the rebuilt transmission.
More details, okay:
You rebuilt my transmission and I came back a week or two later to let you know that there was a jutter. Which means that the rebuild was unsuccessful. The judder was mild so you said bring it back when it's more pronounced. I did, you told me it's not covered, it's been too many miles. Clearly your service department does not stand behind its work.
