I always like using Napa brand auto parts as opposed to the big chains, the guys/gals at the counter are just more knowledgeable and I believe the parts are better quality too

I was referred to NAPA autoparts by Les Schwab across the street for replacement hub caps. The clerk at the cash register was very helpful in directing me to the appropriate location of the product and Richard showed me how to find the size of my tire as well as how to replace the covers! For someone who is very ignorant to auto parts, I felt very comfortable expressing my needs. Thanks Richard/NAPA, I'll see you soon!
