“Needed a new screen protector for my watch. Staff was very friendly, engaged me in conversation while waiting for my watch to be ready, offered me different options and explained how to register for the warranty. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that they should have given me the packaging and receipt as I needed those to register the product but was able to obtain the necessary items to complete the registration for the warranty. Will return to this location for future phone needs!”
“Miguel and his staff were friendly and extremely helpful! My charging port was broken on my phone, and he took the time to see if it would work on a wireless charging port. He patiently waited for the phone to charge to 5% before selling me the charging device. His attention to detail and honest service was appreciated and I will be returning.”

“Had a fantastic experience. If you go in ask for Eric. I dropped my phone in a lake and he got a new phone and hooked me up with a new watch. Honestly best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a cell phone store and Eric was very personable and held good conversations throughout the whole process.

“This rating is for Tabitha! Her hair was wrapped beautifully.. She was wearing a mask but her radiant smile was expressed with her eyes! the line was long ( so was every checkout line) but she was swift with the check out. She asked if we found everything and helped me with a price match. Her energy was just as pleasant as her eyes, I'd go to her every time if I could. (And will if able) The weather was gloomy, wet, and cold.. and the store was packed with shoppers. Her line wrapped around the clothing section and continues to grow as she swiftly processed my purchases... her grace at the ever growing line never faltered.
