Mike’s mini Mart is a great place to shop! I used to go there every day when I lived 2 blocks away from there. But then I moved and bought a house 3 miles away, so when I’m passing by I do stop in and say “Hello” to them! And they all do remember me!?

I respectfully say , these guys are disrespectful, absolutely a waste of your time and money. He told me I have too pay for air . California law states you cannot charge for air , I buy gas here , I won't buy gas here anymore .

horrible customer service go there 5x a week and when you need to use the air to fill your tire the guy gives you a hard time I won’t be going back Tim down the street is way more personable

Had a flat tire, needed air. Was told no. Was told I needed to buy gas. I was in a bind and just needed help. Not poor, not homeless. Just needed air, I had no quarters.

Just bought some food. Went back and asked to fill my cup with water. Told no they sell water... 50 cents if I want. Owners policy. Never going back obviously....

all the years I've been using Mike's mini-mart to get my gas and snacks and whatever we shopped there approximately 5 times a week but no more, the other day I asked if I could use the air to put air in my bike tire and the owner Mike told me yeah but I have to pay I'll never uses the another drop of gas nor will I buy anything ever from that place again. Thank God Bills market which I've also used for years was close because I didn't have my purse with me I was on a bike ride and he let me use his air no problem I'll continue on my business with bills exclusively for now on.

Does not have good customer service as a gasoline station, and rude cashier telling the customer "you can only use the bathroom if you buy something."

My friend walks in for 10 seconds to blow his nose and the cashier accuses him of stealing because he was wearing his work uniform. Unprofessional.

Never in my life have I been told "No" to getting air for my tires unless it was broken . The man who runs this store is very unprofessional and cold. He told me I needed to purchase gas for air so I drove to the pumps and purchased gas . When I went inside the store to ask for air now that I've purchased gas he said there's a 15$ limit on the purchase to get air !!!!! OMG ! Wow just wow .. He outta be ashamed . That's ok he just created bad karma to come his way someday in someway !

Cashier doesn't speak enough English to understand a simple request. Then he got short tempered with me. Terrible customer service.
