Miguel and his staff were friendly and extremely helpful! My charging port was broken on my phone, and he took the time to see if it would work on a wireless charging port. He patiently waited for the phone to charge to 5% before selling me the charging device. His attention to detail and honest service was appreciated and I will be returning.

Everyone was so kind, explained everything quickly and in detail, and super respectful. The process took almost no time to fully switch out a phone and establish a new line. Only 4 stars because the parking lot is very difficult to navigate as the spots are very small and shoehorned into the lot.

The employees are really kind and patient here and offered help where it was needed. I'd like to apologize for how my father acted in the store. He's an entitled scum bag narcissist who caused a scene in the store earlier. I understand that the employees here are only doing their job and I respect them for working a minimum wage job to offer us communication.

The best in customer service metro store in yuba city. Imran was the only one who was able to activate my phone and access my account. The other metro stores customer service is terrible compared to this one!

I walked out of this store today bc the woman finished with her customer walked into the back without saying a word then, came out several minutes later and instead of even addressing me, started speaking in Spanish to a man who had just walked in behind me for several moments. Again, she didn't as much as acknowledge my presence. It's not the first time I've walked out of there bc of similar treatment. It will be my last. I had wanted to order the new Samsung, but seems she is picky about who she does business with and always just plain rude to those she doesn't based upon appearance alone. I'll just close by saying, No, I don't speak Spanish. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone who doesn't.

They scammed my wife into buying accessories to get the discount on the phone. They scanned wireless headphones and screen protector and when asked what he was doing he said it was a promotion to make it cheeper. You don't need any accessories to get the phone discount. We will never return to this dishonest store.
