Julian was amazing in helping me. I've had Metro years ago and would never attempt to step in a store again since. Have been looking for a phone case with no idea what model to look for. Julian explained what type I had specifics on what to look for to protect my phone. Knowing he may not have what I wanted or make a sale Julian continued to go above and beyond. If I were to come back to Metro it would be because of the experience I had by Julian. I work an hour and twenty minutes from my home. I start at 6:30am and do this pretty much 6 days a week. I dreded trying to find what I needed and Julian was exceptional. Julian is an asset to your company! Julian is someone you'd want to keep on. Hoping you'll consider a raise or some kind of recognition for his excellent work.

Had my ZTE phone for roughly about 2 years was excited for an upgrade had my eyes on the LG K40 However a gentlmen By the name of Julian recommended me a different phone the Motorola G7 that met my needs and so far I'm loving the phone I wanna leave a big THANK YOU here! If anyone is in need of a phone this man is knowledgeable in the phone industry. Ask for Julian!

This store location has always been so helpful and takes initiative to provide excellent customer service every time I have visited. The representatives find ways to multitask to make sure the visits are timely. :) However, I do recommend Julian. He is very knowledgeable and confident with the resources he uses to answer the customers concern with guaranteed satisfaction. Thank you.
