We were there over an hour and had incredible service from The gracious and extremely Knowledgeable staff and if you ever wish to buy furniture from a place that does not have high pressure sales and have multiple selections, This is the place you should go hands-down. “I have been an organic mattress purchaser for years and never regretted it! The quality of materials and workmanship has never disappointed. I am grateful to sleep like a baby on such healthy comfy materials!This company not only manufactures, but stands behind their products. I bought a rubber mattress topper of theirs through a store in Nevada City and mistakenly washed the zippered cover after some yrs, thinking 1-it was zippered to be removed 2-not seeing wash instructions nor a warning not to do so on the label. When it shrunk in a cold water wash/air dry to the point I could no longer get it on, I contacted OMI and they very kindly replaced it for me. I was thrilled and heartened by their customer service.Thank you, OMI!”
