I've spoken to the teachers the staff and even the principle every week because my daughter gets bullied they always say they are going to do something but never do. My daughter has been punch and kicked in the stomach and nothing was done, she's been bullied non stop relentlessly for only being in first grade. Today she came home to tell me that someone spilled milk on her back back and left the carton inside alongside with trash which upsets me she been there barely a year and it's upsetting when I told her teacher she was dislexic she didn't believe me and refused so my daughter been having a hard time I've had to fight with them to put her in .a special English class so she can learn properly. It took them forever it's upsetting when all you do is try to communicate and the teachers and staff only pretend to help. So far I've seen no change and I don't think it's fair my daughter comes home crying because she getting picked on constantly

We have had so many problems with other preschools and elementary schools in the area that we weren't sure what to expect with this one. They have been so wonderful in helping our boy with his needs, giving him personal one-on-one help, and even being understanding of our constantly changing family dynamic. I don't know what the staff is doing, but they have worked absolute wonders with our little guy and he is doing so much better than he was at any of the schools we tried last year (we've made it a whole year!).

Due to King Avenue's inability to protect my children from Staff member Bullying and known Elementary School Gang that runs the playground, I had to pull my 2 Daughters for their own Safety. Extreme progress emediatly upon School change. This District Ignors these issues and I do not recommend this Elementary School.
