If zero stars were available that’s what I would give. Alex is a TERRIBLE agent! A loooong list of why he sucks! He communicates whenever he wants and sometimes took days to get back to our agent. He never opened escrow on our purchase, my agent had to do all of the leg work for him. He lied about warranties until the day of signing, bad business practices. The list goes on and on. TERRIBLE AGENT! Keller Williams is a big corporation and should monitor their agents a little better or train them on better business dealings

This review is for the awesome team Blankenship Realty Group with KW! The team of Terri and Randall are beyond professional, easy to work with, and will make sure that every detail in the crazy and frustrating process of house selling and buying is complete! I love the care that they put into their clients, walk them through each step, and are alwso many steps ahead to forsee snags along the way. I can not recommend the Blankenship Reality Group enough to anyone looking to buy or sell their home...they are amazing people!!!!

Yes review was a direct result of agent Don Caudell and his partner Jenn Holland , if you're looking for an agent who won't put any effort into finding you a house , which resulted in the buyer exhaustingly looking for their own house which we did find, and then once you do sits on his thumb and let's the seller do all the work and find the proper people to make the deal move forward , and then after the seller does so THREATENED the sellers wife that they will back out of the deal because they are upset, with the seller / buyers speaking their mind / opinion ,Don has EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS ,and unfortunately the buyer has to do all the negotiation, as soon as you meet him you will understand he is a sit down and I'll wait for the check to come to me kind of realtor, with a zero personality, at the end of the day Jenn was the only reason basically we considered continuing with them , how you will notice quickly Don is the senior agent , we will never use them again Williams is a good company however this team simply gives them a blackeye sad , EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!

I inquired about real estate classes had a great conversation but they never followed up as promised. Bad reflection on Keller Williams.You had one chance to get my business. Get in or get out of licensing.

First of all. They will be very nice over the phone. They are not willing to help. They treat you as your worthless unless hour buying a 600k house. Ni matter how they seem....they are snakes.
