“We were looking for this surprise item and went to Kay Jewelers of Yuba City. Holly approached us and asked what we are looking for and what are our ideas for this specific item and showed us their in-store products that are available. We liked 1 of them. But, we told her that we will be back to shop around. It was nice of her to say and check their official website cause after a few minutes, we checked it and found the one we were looking for and we went back right away to the store and looked for her. She was assisting another customer that time and told us that she will get with us soon and I told her, we will be waiting. After that, we showed her what we found, gave the details, finalized everything and we processed it then and there. She told us that it should arrive 5-10 business days and told her hopefully it’ll arrive before this date.

And it did! Received the email and went back to pick up my order and waited in line as I want to be fair with customers before me. Called a team member and I saw Holly! She asked the details, told her, she got my order really quick and we did the final inspections of it and introduced me to their store manager, Jasmine! To my surprise, she was the one assisting the customers before me a few minutes ago. And I kept my review short in store cause I want to go home and do this review instead so that it can be read by everyone!

Holly is very knowledgeable, efficient, and super patient!
