Worked for interim for 5 months worst management they do not promise you working hours and the manager will argue with you and lie to you about working hours as well, I worked with other people from this job and asked about hours I wasn’t being offered and they were. Don’t work here if you wanna do registry their is many other options and more flexible

I love working for this company. They actually work with your schedule, that is something hard to find from other companies. I love working with the clients. This company is the best.

My husband and I have been working for Interim since August 2021, it has been the best experience for both of us. The staffing team is amazing! Great communication and they listen to all your problems and concerns. We could not be happier to be apart of such an amazing team:)

I love working for interim. They have so many benefits and are always super good about working with my school schedule. Interim definitely cares about their employees and always goes above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable with what we’re doing!

I work for Interim and I can honestly say it is a wonderful agency to work for. The staffing team is very helpful and works very hard at giving you exactly what you asked for. I couldn't ask for better bosses! And they care about you, it's like family. Staffing is also flexible and will work with you. 10 out of 10! If your in Healthcare or looking to join healthcare... highly recommend joining the team here!!

(For one.. they pay their employees to make a fake 5 start review as I’m reading reviews) However, Very unprofessional.. I applied got an interview ended up with covid. I called the morning 3 hours prior to interview (woke up with fever) they were nice and told me to call back. I called back exactly 14 days to reschedule and they told me I never called and I’m irresponsible and they were very rude. Ive never been spoken to like this by a potential employer. Even if they felt that way a no “thank you” or “no longer interested in your application” would’ve been fine Very bad communication on their end. And lacks professionalism. If they would’ve documented correctly it could’ve been avoided instead they took it out on me. If they can’t document something so small and simple imagine all the areas they lack communication in when caring for clients. I’ve been with my company for 5 yrs management has nothing but good to say about me.. i don’t call out I’m very responsible and my clients family loves how I care for their family members. It’s honestly their loss and I’m glad I dodged a bullet by being spoken to like that. I only applied here because my job is an hour away from my new home. overall experience of 8 years. If this is how they treat their employees I wouldn’t want to know how they treat the people they care for being so openly rude and not communicating with eachother. I have a feeling their employees get blamed a lot for their miscommunication. If they call for interview RUN. Instead I would recommend applying else where..

Worked for interim and was one of their longest standing employees. They often use outdated care plans for clients, which hinders your loved ones from getting the care they deserve and need. There's hardly any real benefits working for this company. No pto, they don't give you enough consistent hours to obtain healthcare. On top of it all they try to satiate our need for benefits or more hours with incentives as you see in these reviews. All of these employees leaving stellar reviews in the last month or two??? We were told we'd have a chance at winning a $50 gas card if we left a five star review for the company. I highly recommend you do not leave your loved ones in the care of this company

I been working with this company as a cna for a year. It’s by far my best experience I had with any job. The staffing is amazing and they treat you like family. Never seen such a caring and supporting staff like this one!

I’ve been working for interim for a little over a year now and it’s a great job, amazing staff, flexible hours and they’re always willing to work with you especially if it comes to important matters. Probably one of the best health agencies in the Yuba/marysville area in my opinion.

Working along side interim caregivers really bites! They say they aren’t allowed to do most of everything including laundry! I’m stuck doing several loads because they won’t they don’t look for anything so when they say they can’t find something I get called while at other jobs or I have to find it when I come on shift and it’s usually right where they say they looked! They leave messes each time they are over and they suck at doing bed baths they seem afraid to touch a male patient! They are a waste of time and money

When this organization started providing care for my father through the VA a couple years ago, they were awesome. Within the last few months - the place has gone downhill - FAST. Double billing, refusing to admit mistakes until the client gets angry, and the level of general incompetence is startling. The people they send out are generally top-notch, if you can handle dealing with an incompetent front office.
