Great service, super helpful and knowledgeable mechanics that honestly want to help you. Could not have solved my problem on my own without their help. Great sales staff that rather you leave with the right bike that you will enjoy for years than whatever makes them the most money. Coolest showroom in town. Financing was easy, and I left with a good deal, a great bike, and a wonderful experience. Thanks guys.

Night and day difference from the big city dealerships! I recently purchased a new Honda here. I came in a little stressed about this process, but Saxon has made the experience relaxing and pleasant. He stayed honest, attentive, professional, and respectful the whole time, and helped me find the best way for me to buy a brand-new bike. It was well worth the 45 minutes trip, and I'd do it again no doubt.

I have a 1984 Honda 125 they were able to get me a battery and inform me of other parts are still available for my motorcycle large selection of motorcycles ATVs and other off-road vehicles great place

Great service and good prices. When my husband and I went in to browse we didn't feel pressured to purchase anything and they let us know all of our options. My husband bought a bike that day and we took it home and they were able to set up a transfer to get me the bike I wanted in the color I wanted. A week and a half later and my bike was ready for me to come get. Their new location is great and any bikes in the future I'll go back again.

My husband and I have attempted to be customers here for quite a while. Key word "attempted". This establishment has the absolute worst customer service and has every time we have ever came here. Our last visit here left me quite upset and empty handed because of the extreme lack of customer service. We decided to give them the benefit of doubt as we WERE in the market for a sport side-by-side and a utility vehicle for our property. So we went (once again) to check out their inventory. It was a Saturday and upon arrival we were not greeted by any sales person. Is that the end of the world? No, not too big of a deal BUT there were plenty of customers aimlessly milling about meanwhile we saw a few employees on their phones by the back area. After browsing for almost 30 mins, we were happy to see that they had the two vehicles we were looking for and just had a few basic questions we hoped to have answered. Once again, no sales person was wanting to give us the time of day even after making eye contact and trying to wave one over. You could tell we were reading every tag and brochure, attempting to gain information but we had to resort to googling on our phones to get the answers we needed. After our own research, we decided that we were going to purchase the side by side and UTV and went searching for someone to help us checkout. Not only were we IGNORED by the several sales people but noticed they were too preoccupied playing on a bicycle and some scooter thing. After standing there dumbfounded for a few mins, we decided to take our business elsewhere. That was the last time we will ever set foot in this establishment and it is a shame. One of their competitors happily took our money (all cash) and we will be using them for all our parts and service needs.

Came in after being turned away from other stores for a quick tire replacement.Not only was the staff friendly and polite, they also took care of my needs efficiently and quickly. Shoutout to Kelly over in the service department, great dude and will make sure you're taken care of!

The guys at Powersports have always been friendly and helpful every time I've gone in, from getting my first motorcycle more than a years ago, to coming in for supplies and asking advice about maintaining it. The coolest of people work there.
