“My wife and I went to this establishment earlier so that we can pick up some items we saw online. The items were for storage but we were going to use them for recycling. Anyway, upon entering, we asked two of the cashiers where we could find the items and whether it was because of my explanation or anything else, we were told that something like that was not present at their branch. We would go to the aisle they suggested us to go to and that's where we bumped into Cody. Before we went to him to ask for his help, he came to us and asked if we needed any assistance. He went out of his way to show us several different items until we found the item we were looking for. Cody was not only knowledgeable of the items, he knew where to go to find what we needed. He was also very personable, asking us how our day was going and even answering when we asked him the same thing. We appreciate that type of customer service. It is far above any other reason to return to a specific place more than having certain items. When we finally found what we were looking for, the price was so good that we ended up picking up three of them. We know that anywhere else, it may have been pricier or nonexistent. I really appreciate visiting this space and we will definitely be going back as we will need more items from their location. I'm not sure who reads this with regards to places like Lowe's, but if you're reading this, please be sure to train everyone like Cody. We appreciate him, and it made our visit one of the least stressful things to experience this week.”
