I often walk over to this spot while waiting for my vehicle to be worked on @ Garden Highway Auto Clinic (great mechanic) to grab a hot coffee from the drip coffee machine. This time around, due to my longer than usual wait, I decided to head back over (after already paying for a cup earlier) and kindly asked if he would be willing to provide me with a free refill. I was anticipating a simple "Yes" or "No" response, to which a "No," I believe, would be totally and absolutely reasonable as it is his establishment and he makes the decisions for how his business does or does not operate... Instead I received an incredibly negative and ultimately disrespectful response. A scoff, an incredibly dirty look, a series of rude mannerisms and passive insults as if I was asking for something completely unreasonable. "Never ask me that again," he told me with a frustrated demeanor. The individual running this establishment treated me as if I had not paid at all and as if I was being a disrespectful imbecile. A simple and respectful "No, I would appreciate it if you paid for your next cup" would have sufficed, but instead he tried to insult my character and make me feel poorly for even considering a free refill of a product, that probably costs him next to nothing, as a possibility. In my opinion there is always a way to go about a social and/or business conversation respectfully and this was certainly not the case this time around. If you want to have patrons of your business return to purchase products and potentially recommend it to others, this is not the way to treat them.

This is my favorite gas place. Owner is very friendly. Across the street is a convenient coin self service car wash.

Been coming to this store my whole life, I've lived down the street for 21 years and still my favorite place to get gas and some red bulls. The owner is a great guy.
