I pulled in there as an emergency because my suburban was overheating. I ended up getting scolded trying to take off the radiator cap to put more water and got hurt. I had my Two daughters there and was trying to talk to my husband on the phone. I needed access to water , a sink a faucet anything..There was 1 employee a young Mexican man there that finally appeared I asked him for help and for water he said the water their was not good to use. He had to see I was upset and crying because I had just jot hurt by the water exploding all over me. But no manners , didn't offer help.... Shame on this young man for not offering help or water or even any kind of assistance....

Spent a ridiculous amount of money ($48) for this. They didn’t even vacuum half of the inside. Do better if you want to remain in business.

I am very disappointed with the management standard of quality. In the past the platinum prices were justifiable with the service, but not with today’s experience. The thought is asking them to vacuum in the obvious places insulting to me, as it should be a part of their scope of work.
I hope the recent feedback customers are leaving gets through to management, if their desire is to stay in business.
I’ve been coming to Highway 99 car wash ever since they have opened in Yuba City. People have to realize that prices are going to rise over the years, having said that you’re not gonna get a better car wash experience than with Highway 99. They really take their time pressure washing all of the highway 99 mosquito bugs attached to the windshield and front of a car. They are intentional with cleaning the inside of the vehicle. I encourage any bud who comes across this car wash place to get them a try and your expectations will be exceeded.

Think twice about coming here. First started off by the employee not attending to the customers. I asked for the buy 1 get one half off and when I asked for the receipt the guy stated "oh I only charged you for one. If you want half off another I have to charge you again.
When I finished the wash, I went to the self service vacs and went to grab towels and spray. The guy told me it wasn't for customers and pointed to a cart with little on it . He walked off and him and the other rude employee were working on thier personal car.
We come here a number of times never been so rude. Will not be coming back to this location.

Went after a year or so…. Paid 48 for their best wash, left in disappointment…
The automatic wash arms were missing for the front scrubber, the employees had to wash the front with sponges, which left missed spots on the windshield and front of the car.
Once out the interior cleaning was great the team did a great job cleaning the interior.
Exterior however the employee dropped the microfiber towel on the ground three times! Picked it back up and blended it in with her other towels and began reusing it at a later time…i saw it everything but i had made up my mind that im never coming back.
You can definitely tell the owners are lacking and cutting costs everywhere, no one was happy they had to turn on the vacuums on and off. The automated wash was missing arms….employees couldn’t care less about the detailing.
After i left i felt 48 bucks is a major rip off to get a 20 dollar wash quality. Never going back!

not a good place for interior cleaning. the workers reused hand towels, cross contaminating from one vehicle to another. Paying $45 for poor vacuuming and interior is not worth it. They lack employees, and the employees show no care. Also careful with them wiping the exterior as well. Again, reusing the towels from each car. I tipped them, but most people don't, and now I understand why! Poor service!!

They changed ownership. I paid for the most expensive wash. They didn’t even dry the outside. Water spots everywhere. What use to shine does not. The interior was streaked and wet. Literally, I got dripped on from the steering column. All the edges are still dirty. You can see the wipe marksI have a new car, so getting it to look clean and shiny takes minimal effort. I’ll finish the job.
