Due to the Thompson fire, we were displaced for a few days and stayed here for 3 nights. The room, the complimentary breakfast, and the location were the highlights. Room was like a mini suite, equipped with mini fridge, microwave, and wet bar. Breakfast had both hot and cold options, and the location was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Interactions with staff was always pleasant. Great place!

I would have liked to have the ability to turn fan from high to low . Outlet's on nightstand didn't work. I fixed. Trap door turned power strip off. very nice Hotel!

This place was great. It was quiet. The rooms were clean and the staff was super nice. The surrounding town was nice as well with plenty of neat restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I were passing through. Five stars, would definitely recommend.

My friend, her young kids and I stayed 1 night enroute home from a weekend adventure. We were greeted graciously and happily by Candice at the front desk, after which we enjoyed the pool and then hanging in a spacious and clean room. Location is n/a because it’s just where it is, but the service, decor and cleanliness surpass many 3 star hotels I have stayed at in more metropolitan areas. Yes we heard a few roosters crowing. It was simply charming.

The room was beautiful and the location was great for our need. Breakfast was overall pretty good and changed a little each day. All the staff we encountered were kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here. Only 2 negatives were a few (dead) roaches we found in our room and the roosters crowing outside which woke us up each morning. Would absolutely stay here again though.

Rooms: The suite we stayed in was extremely spacious and CLEAN!!!!!
Nearby activities: Just a quick drive to our assembly hall.
Safety: The parking lots were properly watched by the security chickens, tirlessly patrolling. No foul play happing here......
Walkability: Within walking distance to shopping and nice restaurants .

Remodel was beautifully done. Room accents and furnishings were top quality in tasteful. We chose a suite and were very pleased.
That being said: terrible guest service. We were in town for 4 days and never had maid service.
Every evening I had to trek to the front desk for a towel coffee and wash cloth.. On top of that the fellows that reluctantly gave me the supplies wondered if I was hoarding supplies!

Lovely place . Very good breakfast...
Chickens were entertaining. Nevertheless, be prepared for early morning wake up call from the resident roosters!
We stayed two nights .. first morning we were not aware of 4:30 am alarms..?
So that was strange...
The next morning we were prepared...
Chickens were fun to watch. We love chickens. But if you are annoyed by chickens, this would not be the place to stay, even though it's a lovey and well maintained hotel.
We enjoyed our stay.
Noteworthy details: You better like chickens! Roosters!
Friendly employees..
Great breakfast..
M lovely grounds.
Clean, nice room.
PS. I have a service animal. No real problem, although the front desk attendant did not know that service animals are allowed in the dining area. Fortunately , an other guest walked by and backed me up on this.
I'm just saying this because employees need to know service animals are allowed anywhere with their person.
All is well

The best hotel in Yuba City. Beware the area has wild chickens, so be sure to have earplugs while sleeping.

Had to make a choice between woodland and here on our trip to Portland made the wrong choice. Construction Zone taking half the parking. Homeless druggies on the only side with parking. 6 Belligerent drunks stinking up the lobby. Digital key didn't work. Coming in off the road at 11 pm. That was just trying to get checked in. This site says pet friendly but beware of the $80 pet charge. Other Hampton don't charge for. Should be stated in the app. Live and learn moment.

The hotel is nice yeah but twice it's happened to me that I don't get my deposit back is that why they're able to stay so nice because they keep the extra monies and blame it on the bank?
Food & drinks: Close by
