Storage Star Yuba City is the BEST???.
Janelle assisted me fully & generously to move my storage unit to a new one. I have 2 storage units now. Easy Access w/different entrance gate codes for added security. Always clean & available until 10pm.

For the benefits of both my fellow consumer as well as Storage Star, I will try to be as honest and fair as possible.
As everyone doesn't use storage for the same reasons, my likes and dislikes might be tailored to my needs and reading between the lines is advisable.
The staff I have had occassion to deal with couldn't be more pleasant, attentive or generally well trained.
Some actions taken by staff which I would have to believe were decided at the Corporate level seem to indicate, indeed, a refreshing committment to tenants not often seen today when greed and price-gouging are commonplace.
Rents are very fair. Security is taken seriously.
The facility is clean and modern and in a very convenient location on a major highway close to commerce.
I don't know what else one might want in a storage facility but Storage Star, imo, checks all the boxes and then some.
Definitely recommend.

I called many storages in Yuba city. I needed last minute storage. Janelle made the process so easy!! She went above and beyond. If your looking for a storage look no further. Storage star was amazing wish I could give 10 stars!! The facility was safe and clean. I would use again if needed and highly recommend. Thanks again Storage Star!

I needed a storage but was over 150 miles away ! Janelle hooked me up over the phone and email ! I explained my situation about everything going wrong that could and she assured me I would have a storage and entry code when I got there ! Janelle was very professional and handled all of it with ease ! Definitely an asset to the company ! Looking forward to meeting her in person and finalizing the rental agreement ??

I have a 10×10 and I am paying $179 including the $15 insurance on the website it claims a 10×10 is $106 so idkwgy my bill is $179 I'm really confused how I pay so much if I go to any other storage facility it will cost me $100 I feel it's too high and that wasn't the deal when I got my storage there I feel like I'm getting ripped off I'm not happy at all and when I called them they couldn't tell me yits so high or even give me a better deal and a montj afyer i got my storage they already raisef my rent ridiculous they r a rip off and I will not be recommending them to any of my friends I'm never going there again not happy ?

Staff is always nice and friendly. Storage unit worked well. Any issues at all, staff would fix it. I’ve rented here before and will do it again should the need arise.

Highly recommend! I moved cross country and was not sure where I was going to store my things that could not go with me to my new home, I settled with Storage Star and it was a great choice. Heather is amazing, accommodating and incredibly professional. She got me the best deal, made me feel secure about where my things would be and did it all with a smile. Thanks again!

Contacted many storage facilities in my area and decided on Storage Star based on price, cleanliness of facility, location and friendly staff. I was given a few different parking spot options, paperwork was completed quickly and was on my way. When parking my vehicle, I noticed a small concern, upon leaving I stopped by the office and let them know what I saw and they stated they would rectify it shortly. I’ll update this review after a month or so, if any concerns.
