Due to unfortunate events I have been here a few times. my experience the last time I was here was not great, thanks to "Kenny". From beginning to end it was a hassle. The first day I was scheduled to drop my car off they didn't even have me scheduled even after I had confirmed my appointment, that was the first inconvenience. Then after dropping of my car they kept pushing the dates on the parts they needed to get after having my car for almost 2 months. I kept getting different time lines from the front desk staff and became a back and fourth thing with them calling me to push the dates over and over again. (Not really and issue). The issue came when I picked up my vehicle. The damaged area they had worked on had a lot of flaws, the door frame wasn't even flushed with my fender and there was multiple plastics sticking out very noticeable. I had a horrible pull on my steering wheel and it was very difficult to keep my steering wheel straight while driving. But according to Kenny everything was up to "industry standards" I also found extra damage that wasn't there when I dropped my vehicle off. When I asked Kenny about the damage he kept insisting the damage was there. I even asked him "Kenny U don't expect for customers to do a walk around of their vehicle and record it just incase you guys damage something and then deny it, when a customer comes in and drops their car off they expect the damage they need to be fixed, fixed they don't need to find extra damage and go through the inconvenience of he said she said" he stated he asked his "guys and according to them they didn't damage anything on the vehicle". After going back and fourth with him being rude he pretty much called me a liar and stated they weren't liable for the damage I had found. And everything they had worked on was up to industry standards. He then told me he couldn't help me anymore and I would need to speak to his manager "Kelly" since i needed to take my vehicle in for the 3rd time to get everything adjusted again. My vehicle was not cosmetically presentable so I did take it in the third time and speak to Kelly the manager. Manager Kelly ended up making sure the job was well done after speaking to him he made me feel like he actually cared to listen to my issue instead of calling me a liar and arguing back and fourth with me. He looked at the cosmetic defects they had left and made sure everything was up to standards. He fixed the damage I had found in the trunk of my vehicle and made sure everything was up to satisfaction. If it wasn't for the service Kelly provided I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place. So Kudos to you Kelly for that great resolution. *(Maybe do a recording walk around of your vehicle before you take it in incase find extra damage on your vehicle and u have to deal will Kenny)

Thank you, Golden Valley Auto Body & State Farm Insurance for the face lift!I had to have a rear window replaced on this van 9 years ago after a bash and grab in SF. The service was as great this time as it was then. Thanks again!

Brought my black 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 to Golden Valley after a tree fell on it. Didn't have high expectations, because after an accident it never seems to be the same and I was surprised. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality job with a place that listens to you and does the job right the first time. My bumper started to fall off below the rear lights two weeks after it was "fixed" and they bubbled my protective cover. I have taken my car back to them five times now between Feb-July and they have failed to rectify any of the problems. When I tried to speak with the owner about the issues, he personally insulted me and told me "I would understand if I ever owned my own business". Quite the assumption as I do own a business. My car is still not fixed. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Had repaint on Honda under warranty. GVA had quite a problem getting paint to stick because of Honda's original error with paint. The process took much longer than expected but the job was done properly. GVA had the cleanest shop. The crew is so nice.
