Shop and everyone working there was extremely professional and friendly. We were greeted by welcoming smile and explained how long we have to wait. We went for lunch and when back to shop to pick up car. Gerry was super helpful, professional and friendly. He excepted explained everything what was done on car and services that he recommended but not to try to sell us anything. That was great. We will continue to take out car back to GM Specialist for service.

This place meets all my expectations.. randy and his staff did an amazing job on my 23 C8 corvette stingray by installing a exhaust system! I am so happy and going crazy on the road with this system.. this place rocks especially Jerry who installed the system on this exotic car.. I will come back with more performance parts to get it installed.. thank you guys! I'll add pics shortly

For several years I had problems with O2 sensors replace them every single year sometimes twice a year one time to the GM specialist and never had that issue again these guys are professional knowledgeable and Randy is the best God bless you all

Never took any of my vehicles into shops as were pretty mechanically incline in my family. However got stumped on a newer truck with a handful of issues, took to a couple other local shops and both said they have no clue, also had an AC issue, neither of the previous shops even did as much as dye the system to see if they leak they just said it could be X part and then gave me ridiculous price to maybe fix the problem. Called GM specialist finally and was on the phone w randy and made no promises like these other guys but me feel super comfortable from the get go over the phone. Brought truck into the shop, he was very attentive as to what the situation was, took notes of everything and let me know I’m in good hands. 3 working days later got my truck back with 0 issues, ended up spending more than i was planning to or liked (came down to price of new parts not them price gouging) but still walked away happy with great customer service, and am glad I gave them the business. Hoping I don’t have to take truck in ever again, but if I do it will be with GM Specialist. Thank you Randy, Jerry and the rest of the crew!Services: Transmission

These guys are really cool. I had my tires aligned here, and they got it done fairly fast. The people here are super nice, and they all do great jobs. They looked at everything on the car, and even warned me that one of my brake lights were out. Definitely go you to get your car fixed ??

Top notch auto repair.They have worked on my GMC Sierra Denali and did a great job.Did my smog on my Corvette.They also work on non GM cars and trucks.

I'm about to have a baby, they understood the circumstances.. let me know to give them a day or two for diagnostic to be ran. I towed it in right before 5pm (when they closed) they were able to give me a rough estimate/let me know what was wrong well before 10 am. Randy was wonderful to work with! Thank you guys again for the easy process. My car was out of there in a matter of days (oh and did I mention they had to order parts even) crazy!
