We went to Glines for new carpet throughout our house. We had the BEST experience! Great price and no pressure sales. Matt came to our house and perfectly measured everything. We picked our color and brought the samples home. upon conversation, Matt suggested a few more colors in the range and I am so glad he did!! We went with one he suggested, as it was much prettier than our original choice And the cost was no different. We chose the installation dates (2 day install) and the crew showed up on time and completed with ease. Kind, courteous and professional. No problems. They made sure all th carpet was one directional and attention to where the seams went to avoid heavy traffic areas. They gave us the remnant of remaining carpet to keep. They did NOT over buy, like some places do. I HIGHLY recommend Glines. It's a wonderful family owned business with tons of selections. No hassles and quality material. You wont get this kind of service or selection in big box stores. Thank you, Glines!!!

I cannot tell you how lucky I felt to come across this place. I was looking to redo some carpet in my guest room and they gave me some great options that were well within my price range. I was wary of buying carpet on my own as I don’t know a whole lot about it but the staff was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I never once felt like I was being tricked into buying more than I needed. There was even a super sweet three-legged dog that came out and said hi! Scheduling was easy and the guys installing it came on time and made sure I was happy with the job before they left. I will absolutely be going to Glines Carpet One for any flooring in the future!

I've always had good service from the associates. They are knowledgeable about their products, although there seems to be a disconnect between the sales and installation team.

Truly exceptional customer service! They were quick to respond to my inquiry, come out for a quote, and complete installation. The efficiency was unreal! Overall turn around time was 4 days, truly amazing. I highly recommend them and will be using them for any future work. I appreciated the guys who came out, they had a great sense of humor, kept everything clean and did a fantastic job. Thank you for the follow up call, keep up the great work!

Finally found an upper scale home store in Yuba City! Wish I didn't waste my time shopping around town, this place had everything for pretty much the same price or cheaper and had wayyy better service and showroom.

OMG what a unique and amazing experience. Angela arrived on time for a consult and was totally honest. Instead of trying to sell us what we did not need, she listened; evaluated; and made recommendations that were in our best interest and significantly less costly than what we were expecting to pay. In today's society which is "me" oriented, it was a pleasure dealing with a person and company that really did the right thing. They now have a friend for life. I am not used to seeing this level of honesty and professionalism. Thank you Glines and Thank you Angela. You are one of a kind.

This family owned business is amazing the people are friendly and helpful all of my questions were answered, Their prices are more than reasonable And from what I've seen their workers immaculate. I went with them because I saw the work they did at my neighbor's house Absolutely gorgeous flooring Their work is impeccable And i have to add the cookies in the shop spectacular. Thank you ?

Staff was professional and helpful, flooring was beautiful, unfortunately it is the worst quality and most expensive flooring we have ever owned. Not worth the $40,000 spent to redo the 2200 sq feet. Flooring is Shaw Expression line: 5/8th thickness engineered hardwood. Do not have inside animals, and house is professionally cleaned regularly. Floor planks have been 'chipping' apart along the edges since install. Store was notified several times and employee came out to assess damage. Have not heard from company since. Base boards also need to be repainted since the installed boards started peeling the week after completion. Biggest mistake was using Shaw flooring and trusting that engineered hardwood was as good as the full thickness oak we removed to replace this with.

Horrible blonde haired woman who works here. Yells at people in the parking lot who are patronizing other near by businesses! Probably named Karen. Probably a manager! 100% Out of her way rude! Remember this next time you want to yell at people in front of your business! Bad reviews!

Absolutely love our new floors! Josh did a great job and was very patient with me as I made changes along the way. Our installer did an amazing job as well and even came back on Saturday to make a little change that we made to a portion of the trim. Would definitely use them again!
