Let me first say that I got a manicure here as a birthday present and sadly it was probably the worst I've ever had. The nail tech was very friendly but I have only had this gel polish a week tomorrow (6/22/24) and it's already peeling and chipping off; I got a pedicure done on 06/07/24 at a different place, my normal place I go to and the polish hasn't even budge. It doesn't come off until I have them take it off. I feel horrible since one of my best friends paid for this and she has a family to support. Also I had to have the nail tech fix on of my nails right after he finished them, and either during this or when he was first doing my nails he cut my finger. I didn't notice this until after the appointment. The price list says that with a manicure and gel polish, you also get massage, paraffin wax soak, and hot stone but all I got was a little half massage with lotion, nothing more. I even asked the guy when he started if he could get rid of the dry spot on my wrist. He assured me he could get it to go away but that didn't happen. I'll definitely be only going to my normal place for manicures and pedicures. I am only giving two stars since the nail tech was friendly but that's the only thing.

I went to Gina Nail Salon on 6-11-24 and received my most painful and worst pedicure of my life. The woman used a purple pumice stone on the top of my feet which hurt tremendously. Scabs appeared the next day while on my vacation. Wearing shoes required multiple bandaids. She cut the toe nail and skin on the big toe badly as evidenced by the attached photos. Horrible start to a vacation requiring lots of walking. We were quoted 175 dollars for two people and over charged 5 dollars.

Cleanliness: Came in to redo my nails that I had done 2 weeks ago paid $35.00 plus tip$4.00. for repair paid $35.00 plus tip . My nails are uneven and not happy with the out come. I'm not going to come back to get them done again, can't afford to keep paying for repairs on my nails. Next month I will try one more time and if not done right will go somewhere else. Been going here 10 years never had a problem before,until the owner left and sold it. Very upset and not happy at all. $65.00 plus tips $8.00. this month should of not been charged for repairs on my nails that was not my fought.

I went in for a wax, and stayed for more wax and a mani /pedi ! Everyone was very friendly and polite. They quickly and efficiently responded to my requests. I left very satisfied. Thanks again.

Have been coming here for years. The old owners knew my boyfriend and I very well. They were always so great!Since the new owners took over they Havnt taken their time at all. They rush through the pedicure. We always get the $40 package and it has always taken around 40-45 minutes sometimes longer. Today we were in and out in 30 minutes. That’s including dry time after my pedicure. Very unfortunate because my boyfriend and I were known regulars of this place…

Did a nice job. Be careful though you can't understand what they say. I got somehow to pay $50 when it was only suppose to be regular $30. They will get you by saying this is better. So you end up paying for more
