After receiving a letter from Kia stating I had a recall, I called the service department to schedule service. They confirmed the recall was needed for my auto and I was given an appointment. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership only to be told "Oops... You don't have a recall." This is the second time they have made a 100% preventable mistake that cost me time off work, gas, and mileage/time. I'll be taking my business to a competing Kia dealer that value's their customers time and money.

"Security Upgrade" completed but we don't have any idea how it is supposed to work without a working sound system or audio hookup. Looks like stickers were installed but as far as we know, that is the extent of it. Still waiting for a part in order to complete Fuel Rail Recall. It's been 10 days. Disappointed. Had to replace engine when it was 5 yo. Had it less than a year. Wondering if that was due to fuel rail issue.Update: received call from service manager and all explained! Thanks for the personal service and ride home and back. Great work!

Best Kia dealership hands down! My girlfriend and I went there looking for a telluride as there was none in our town that were decent in price. When we got there the price was a little high for our budget, but the Kia salesmen and manger worked with us and made the price and experience amazing. Our family definitely appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of the Geweke Kia team. Highly recommend.

Oil change and recall took ALL day from 8:30am until 4:55pm!!! No tire rotation and did not top off fluids! I assumed it was included since estimate was $130. Very dissatisfied and disappointed ☹️!! Also, had to wait for keys around 20 minutes. Service lady said someone would bring my car and I literally had to ask 3 different people before someone gave me my keys, they were there the entire time! I left service dept after 5:30 pm, Tina from service did not provide great service!

Love this dealership! Jay Yost was absolutely wonderful. He helped me find the exact Sorento that I wanted. He was so helpful and kind. He made the process actually super fun! Kudos to Jay!

Update:All service over the phone is amazing, however, when you bring your car in, it’s a totally different story! They’ve been running me in circles for two weeks over something they said would take 1 day. Why would you even schedule my appointment, tell me it would be done, have my car a full day and say the tech didn’t get to it. I take it back for another full day and you tell me we still don’t have a part we need. Why did you tell me to bring it back? I will be taking my car to Roseville and I’ve filed a corporate level complaint. You do not get to treat customers like this and get away with it. Very disappointing and distasteful.The customer service here is amazing.

Service personnel were very helpful and professional. The only reason I dropped a star was because the person who changed the oil did not reset the oil change notification on the dash. The fellow who handled the paperwork tried to reset it. But, wife realized the problem after she got home. So, have to make another trip to Geweke.

Pao was excellent. My 1st time taking my Kia in for a maintenance check. Oil changed, tires rotated and a recall on anti theft was replaced. The employees are friendly. It's a very busy place. I love my Kia Soul. I am very happy with it all. The total package ??

Awful waste of time. Ryan was rude and doesn't value customers' time. After waiting 2 hours I asked for an update on my car (here for a recall) just to be told it hasn't even been taken back yet.

horrible service do NOT come here !!!! I brought my car in for a recall service and when I went to pick it up they said my car wouldn't turn on so they weren't able to fix it. I waited 2 hours for them to tell me this when I got there ! Couldn't even give me a call to let me know. I've never had this problem so what a coincidence as soon as I leave it with them it doesn't turn on hmm.. Anyways Vincent or "Vince" my advisor said it could "possibly" just be the battery. So I got a battery from somewhere and brought it back, wrong one.. got another one same day and brought it.. Vince said yes this is the right one.. NEXT day get a call from him saying nope this is the wrong one.. !??? This was on a Friday so I had to wait the weekend til Monday. Monday they were supposed to install the right one and fix what I came in for but of course the mechanic is always "out" for whatever reason. Keep in mind Vince always says he will return our calls or update us with what is happening but does NOT. Also, chances are if you call to check the status he will tell u the mechanic is "out on lunch" or out running services. One time called at 12 and the mechanic was "on lunch", called back at 2:30 and got the same response.. So here we are a week later with my car still in the shop, finally he says the battery was the only problem and it's working and they can start the recall service and supposedly it should be done tomorrow. A WEEK LATER for a battery switch that takes less than 10 minutes and another fix that takes 3 hours! What a waste of time !!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE 0/10 STARS !! GO TO ROSEVILLE KIA, SAVE YOUR TIME. these people are clowns who do not value your time and do not care about their customers at all. Makes me wonder if my battery was really even bad !

1. The part took about 3 months to arrive to the parts department. 2. Service took only two days to finish (outstanding). 3. Forgot to place things back where they were and then I feel like a complimentary car wash wouldve been nice to complete a great overall service.

Had a lot of issues with them traded my car in 2 months ago and they still haven't handled it and now I owe 2 months of payments on my old car and new car. I will be filing a case at the better business bureau. I wouldn't recommend trading your vehicle to them or doing business with them. They making promises that it will get handled and still hasn't. I have a lot of patience and understanding especially with two months of dealing with this. I am done being Mr nice guy and getting walked over.

We recently bought our 4th kia from geweke and would absolutely recommend Jay Yost as a sales person any day up front no bull made our trade in purchase much easier especially since we had un expected issues with our last car and the service. Worst customer service. They've had my car for 2 days haven't touched it until this afternoon and only to tell us that their system to recalibrate my car sensors is broken and won't do anything about it until next week. This is not the first time I've had issues with them. Our body shop took it there otherwise we go to Roseville Kia.
