Great experience. My salesperson was Jay Yost. Jay worked really hard at finding just the right car and getting a good deal on my trade. Jay always kept in touch and always kept me informed. If you want to purchase a car try Geweke and ask for Jay.

Horrible customer service. Bought a f450 that when dropped off the fifth wheel inserts and electrical in the bed have been removed. They ordered the parts and scheduled me for install and when I get there they don't have the parts and then find out the fifth wheel inserts were never ordered. I then get told nobody wants to speak with me and that if I want the fifth wheel inserts I need to come back to Yuba city or I can get it done myself. I love an hour away. So I drive an hour for my appt to just turn around and get treated very poorly. I would not recommend this dealership.

they couldn't install my parts. I never got refunded for all the points I spent. I sat around for 1 hour before they even found the parts in the back. Only reason for 2 stars is I got a free car wash.

Just awful customer service. Even with a full warranty they want money to diagnose your vehicle. Don't care if they leave you on the road in an unsafe vehicle. All that matters is give me your money! Rude arrogant service advisors. This all happened after I took the time a week before to call extended warranty insurance and call Geweke service department so we had and understanding my repairs would be under warranty. Get to my appointment and round and round I go to call warranty people again and back and forth like I'm the dealers secretary becuz apparently this service advisor Vincent wrote the repair law book and the previous service advisor who booked my appointment was talking out his @!? And did not follow through as he said he could.

I have to give Geweke Ford Service Department and Service Writer RYAN YARTZ a 5 star review. They completely saved our Christmas vacation on December 20, 2023. We were headed to our annual destination with our Diesal Dually F-350 and our 45ft 5th wheel RV and a caravan of 2 more from Chico. We just barely got 45 minutes out of town when we got an oil pressure light coming on. With a phone call to the service department, Ryan was ready for us when we got there with a spot big enough to park one of our smaller rigs while the F-350 was being worked on. He got it up on the lift and had it diagnosed right away and then was able to run to another location to get the parts that we needed. I'm not sure how he was able to move enough customers and technitions around that day to accomodate us so that we could get it fixed and back on the road as quickly as he did, but he figured it out. He was so friendly, efficient, quick witted and willing to do whatever was required that day to help us. We are so happy that we finally found a dealership that in our opinion is credible, fair, and personable. I have not been happy with other dealerships that are closer to our home so I have not taken my Shelby near them since the day I bought it. (It doesn't need anything) BUT I feel totally comfortable that I can take the car to them when anything needs to be looked at or if there is a recall. Thank you so much Ryan and your crew (Ginn and Eric) for all your help that day!!Cathy & Dewey Camp

Had an amazing experience working with Rico and Alex to help me with figuring out the best car for my growing family with a 2023 Ford Escape Hybrid.Rico was so wonderful to work with as he was extremely knowledgeable of each of the cars I was considering, was completely transparent on pricing, and did not pressure me into making a rushed deal with them. I would be 100% comfortable with giving them my business for years to come as they were the best type of dealership to work with.

Juan at the service desk was very helpful when we brought in Kta Niro. He was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. When we came back to complete the service 5 days later, he remembered our names and answered questions we had asked on the first visit. GREAT JOB JOSE!!!

DON'T EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE IF YOU PLAN ON WAITING WHILE THEY PERFORM THE SERVICE. When I called to schedule the appointment (they don't have an express service like Dodge), I was given a choice of 12:30 or 2:30 a couple days out. I specifically asked how long it would be if I waited for my car (they said one hour). Then I asked if I should take the 2:30 instead of the 12:30 because of lunch. I was told there would not be a problem as they had staff available through the lunch hour. I arrive on time at 12:30 today and I am immediately told it would be an hour and a half because of lunch. But I was already here so I agree to wait. At an hour and a half, I see my car parked on the drive so I go to the counter. They haven't even started the work yet. Sadly, I also had to remind them to reset the car indicator for when the next oil change was needed as it was not reset from the last service. Sadly this is the only ford dealership here. Now as I sit here still waiting for my car I have to wonder what type of job they will actually do as they are "rushing it."

I will start with a positive…the best part of my experience was the courtesy shuttle driver …she was very friendly and prompt…all else went down hill from there … customer service was awful … trying to get a hold of them was a joke … than when they would call me back there was always an added problem ..the recall department was the main problem …the initial problem with my car was fixed rather quickly… than the service guy called me and asked if I would like to fix a recall … I said sure while they still had my car …I was sorry I had the recall problem fixed..when I finally got my car back two days later , the service guy told me he was going to talk to his manager about the recall dept….. whether he did or not I will never know .. I will not be going back to Geweke again …
